A long and stately driveway leads up to this luxury Gulf front home done in a beautiful modern, coastal craftsman style. Attention to detail sets this house apart from the others, and is apparent immediately from the rustic entryway bench to the cool glass doorknobs throughout the house.
Wainscoted stairs lead up to the main level living area. This space is large and open and has a wonderful sectional couch for plenty of seating in front of the flat screen TV. Kitchen and dining table are also in this open concept great room. The kitchen features plenty of prep space with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers and two full-sized refrigerators.
Two dining tables that seat up to 20 is perfect for large family meals. Doors from this central living area lead to the awesome main level deck that has a built-in deck pool! Beachside living doesn’t get much better than being able to come up from the sand on the private dune walkover and climb the stairs to a sparkling pool with high, unobstructed views of the Gulf. There is a shaded dining area, as well of plenty of poolside open area for soaking up the sun.
However, sleep is a necessity, and when the sun goes down, there are seven bedrooms inside to accommodate everyone. A hallway off the living area leads to bedroom one with a king bed, private bath, and private street side balcony. This hallway also has a half bath servicing the living area and a laundry room. Bedroom 2 opens right to the pool and offers two queen beds, a large private bath with walk-in closet, double vanity and separate toilet with walk-in shower. Up the stairs is another small living area with futon, flat screen TV, and refrigerator, and is a perfect respite for the kids who perhaps want their own space for TV and “vegging.” Here, there is also a door leading out to an additional deck. This upper level deck is open and with clear glass railings has an incredible view. A hallway to the right of the stairs has a convenient upper level washer/dryer combo and leads to several more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 offers two queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, private bath, and private street side balcony. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and features a beautiful Gulf front bay window. The private bath has a double vanity and separate toilet with walk-in shower. To the left of the stairs is bedroom 6 with a king bed. Bedroom 7 also has a king bed and opens to the upper level deck. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with double vanity, and separate toilet and shower.
The open area below the house is great for more entertaining space and/or covered parking. Any amount of time spent at this Gulf front haven will leave you refreshed, relaxed and anxious to plan your next visit.

We noticed that the rooms had been painted and the living area furniture had been replaced. Both were great improvements. Overall we were happy with the accommodations, in fact, we plan to stay again next year. On the other side, we found several maintenance issues that were more inconvenience than immediate problems. Issues like: one refrigerator wouldn't make ice or dispense cold water, cabinet doors missing screws, and "soft" spots on the deck. The single biggest issue - unclean dishes in the cabinets. It was pretty gross. Some were extremely dirty with dried and greasy food. We had to wash all the dishes we used when we arrived. The policy of washing and putting away dishes should be revisited as I believe this encourages bad behavior, particularly for people trying to leave early. My recommendation would be to ask renters to run the dishwasher as they leave and let the cleaning crew return the clean dishes to the cabinets.Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We rented this house out for our wedding party to stay in when we got married on the beach, and it exceeded our expectations. The view was incredible, and so easy to just walk down to the beach. We were able to fit a lot of people too, and all of the other guests had an amazing time as well. We took lots of pictures on the many balconies, and it was great to just wake up in the morning and walk out to the beach so easily. Would book this again for a large group!

Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to Pensacola beach and our second stay at 206 Ariola (we had the luxurious 308 Ariola last year and would go back again to that one if it was available and more affordable - it is a gorgeous 5 star place to stay). At 206 this year we felt the water from the fridge tasted odd...mattresses are aging and the washing machines and dryers need a good rehab. The washed clothes don’t have a fresh clean smell and dryers take forever. We are trying a new place to us next year. Good reviews for paradise beach homes, they are very responsive and great to work with on bookings - especially Brenda!
