Summary: This is a terrific house in a fun neighborhood. While it may not seem obvious if you don’t know Austin and are looking at a map, there are a bunch of great bars and restaurants a pleasant walk away. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and well provisioned. Terrific beds, Nespresso for AM coffee, and good WiFi. The host was a good guy and easy to deal with...very efficient. Since I feel obligated to mark them down on something, I couldn’t find ESPN U on an otherwise good cable lineup. So instead we watched a lacrosse game from a bar and had a fun afternoon! All in all, excellent.

Summary: Troys stay was beautiful and very warm and cozy. We had a blast during our recent vacation to Austin. Short distant from downtown and major highways. It was a one of a kind experience; thanks Troy!

Summary: Can not say enough good things about the property or our stay in the house. All around excellent - property is beautiful and newly renovated, the design is great, and all around an excellent experience. Location is also fantastic. Troy was an excellent and attentive host. Strongly recommend if you're looking for a well appointed home in Austin.
