Summary: We have been fortunate to stay at The Dwelling Place a few times during our son’s education at Radford University. We wish we would have known about it his freshman year vs his third year. The home is beautiful and well appointed. It is definitely a great find in the area!

Summary: We enjoyed a few days away at this cozy, comfortable home as a family with our daughter who was at VT for a summer session. The house was just as pictured and described and fairly close to everywhere we needed to be. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and along the nearby riverside pathway, which was lovely! A fun spot for breakfast, tea and coffee was just a 2-minute walk away. Hosts were great, and the whole process of checking in and out was seamless. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Summary: Perfect home for our small group to visit family in the New River Valley. Updated house with all the amenities we could need. Location was perfect with restaurants and a cute coffee shop a short walk away. Recommend!

Summary: The house is in great condition and well-appointed. While the property is 20-25 minutes from VT, it’s a beautiful and easy drive. The surrounding New River trails are gorgeous. We’ll be back!

Summary: Just completed a 2 week stay in this lovely home. It’s so well done that it offers all the comforts of home; that is if your home is high end with every creature comfort imaginable. Contact with the host and the property manager was easy and seamless. Clearly much thought was put into making this home a renter’s dream; comfortable beds, linens. towels, high end and high tech TVs and a kitchen that met every need. Highly recommended without reservation.

Summary: Owners/host were responsive and accommodating to all inquiries/requests. They answered within minutes! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet location and within walking distance to restaurants and a brewery in an old church. Parents visiting students at Radford and those wishing to explore the NRV would enjoy this property! Large deck, washer/dryer, room to spread out.
