KnightFall is a three level, luxuriously appointed four bedroom cabin privately nestled atop the spectacular Smokey Mountains just below the renown Blue Ridge Parkway at an elevation of 4100-4500 feet. The pristine, rugged property is surrounded by privately owned 43 undeveloped acres for your exploration.
An exclusive natural waterfall directly adjacent to the cabin results in a small pool area, while the resulting rugged creek affords a perfect wading and play area for supervised kiddies and dogs. The rugged acreage resounds with two rushing downhill creeks running beside and below the cabin providing a restful, calming cadence from within the beautiful cabin or outside exploring. The waterfall may be lit at night for your pleasure, perfectly framed for view from the second floor wrap around porch, master bedroom window, creek bank swing or the Adirondack chairs surrounding the rock fire pit just steps from the first level front door.
KnightFall features a small barroom with adjoining beverage center, den, four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a sleeping loft for two with assorted sized dog beds. There is room to roam or multiple areas to relax inside and out.
The beautifully appointed kitchen offers new stainless appliances, gas stove/oven, an abundance of cooking and serving ware to easily accommodate twelve guests. Reclaimed barn wood custom cabinetry keeps everything neatly out of sight. The adjoining antique dinning table seats six—room for 8-12 is accessible through the accompanying French doors onto the second floor wraparound porch. A popular porch flat grill is available for steaks, burgers and breakfast.
A rocked fireplace adds ambiance to the entrance, living and dinning areas. The four engaging bedrooms and sleeping with two twin beds are acquitted with queen beds afloat in cotton linens, down stuffed duvets and an abundance of fluffy pillows. Several sized dog beds are available for the furrier guests.
KnightFall’s 3.5 bathrooms are luxuriously complete with an abundance of fresh, thick, fluffy towels and toiletries. The second floor master and first floor baths are equipped with large walk-in showers and Toto bidets.

Summary: Wonderful home with lots of space. The waterfall and fire pit are perfect. You can hike the whole way up the mountain along side waterfalls right on the property. We had children from ages 2-10 and they all had a blast. The property manger is very responsive when we had questions.

Summary: This was absolutely perfect. We only left the property once. A few things that you need to know everything was there trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, sheets, towels, all these are provided. Even special treats for our four legged best friends. The fire pit next to the water fall was where you would find us every day catching up with each other as we worked on fixing the world problems (Jesus was our answer just in case you were wondering what we came up with) We found a peace here that is hard to find anywhere else. Don’t be afraid of the drive in and do the speed limit. Can’t wait to return.

Summary: We gathered here for a three generation family vacation. The setting is beautiful, very secluded and quiet. We brought along horseshoes and corn hole games, along with indoor games for rainy days. The house, especially the kitchen was very well equipped. Highly recommend taking advantage of the offer to have firewood delivered, we loved the evenings sitting around the creek side fire pit. Fun hiking along the creek. The location was perfect as we drove to hiking trails in GSMNP, whitewater rafting on the Nantahala, horseback riding nearby, and a visit to the Biltmore House. Do take the manager’s offer to guide you to the house for the first time, Maps and Google Maps give incorrect directions (one incorrect turn). Only drawback to be aware of: limited to sometimes no cell phone service and since the Wi-Fi is satellite it is extremely slow if multiple people are using it. Landline phone is present for emergency contact. Great stay!!

Summary: Love love loved this property couldn’t ask for a better mountain getaway! House was perfect for family of 7 (ages 11-24) and a pup everyone had plenty of space and they house had anything we needed and more. Property manager was great showing us in to the house also. Thank you for the stay we’d gladly stay again!
