There aren’t many experiences that compare to sitting back, enjoying a waterfront view and taking a sunset cruise on your private pontoon boat. Ideally situated in Arrowhead Lakes, you are immediately greeted by pool table and the grand foyer. Past the winding staircase, off to your right is a cozy TV room and your formal dining area that includes an elegant wooden table with seating for 6. Up the stairs, there’s a comfortable loft with an L shaped sectional looking over the living room, and on the opposite end a balcony overlooking the mountains. The living area lives up to its name with a bar and a 72-inch TV with a loud speaker system.
The spacious kitchen offers a granite island at its heart, sits next to a marble breakfast table, and a gorgeous bay window to enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the lake. Five bedrooms that each have their own personality, including a lavish master bedroom that includes a bathroom with a luxurious double shower, and his & hers sinks conjoined to a vanity area. Stepping into the backyard you’ll be able to enjoy a pool with beautiful water features, spa, fire pit, outdoor tv next to the fire pit, built-in gas bbq and a dock that goes down to your private pontoon boat.

Summary: We stayed in this home for our son's graduation from Midwestern Dental School. The location was perfect! The home offered more than enough space inside and out for our group to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The lake gave the early risers a nice place to enjoy morning coffee, and the boat allowed us to get out and see the neighborhood from a different perspective. The kitchen was huge, which was perfect for the multiple cooks in our family. Having access to the garage to keep our vehicles out of the hot Arizona sun was a plus. Thank you for making your home available.

Summary: My family and I had a great time at this property. The house is absolutely beautiful and the backyard is like an oasis getaway! The kitchen is spacious for cooking for a group. The beds are cozy and the master bath is amazing! My favorite part was fishing. We caught and released 12 fish within 3 hours of fishing! It was so much fun. Plus the hosts are very responsive if you need anything. I left a bag at the property, and as soon as I realized I left it, I text the host, he responded very quickly and let me back in the property to retrieve my bag. Overall, 5 star rating. We would definitely recommend this property for an amazing VRBO experience.

Summary: This was a beautiful home with plenty of things to do. Francisco and Elizabeth were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The only down fall was, the pool is not heated and the spa was not hot enough. I’m sure during the hot summer it wouldn’t matter, but we went in April. The weather was in the 90’s, but it was not warming up the pool. It was freezing. We were not able to enjoy the pool nor the spa.

Summary: Our family would definitely rent this house again. My family went to the Phoenix area for Spring Training. Our large group of adults (10) had plenty of space and felt comfortable and clean. The layout was perfect for us and the location . Francisco and Elizabeth were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. 5 stars!

Summary: Everything was wonderful and clean. The hosts were great and got back to me fast. I ended up sleeping on the couch cause the beds were too hard for my back. My little pups loved watching all the birds and ducks in the water from the house and the pontoon.

Summary: This property was perfect for our needs. We loved staying here for ten days over the Christmas holidays. It was very spacious indeed inside and out and the photos online didn't really do it justice. This is a superb place to enjoy family times with lots of different areas to relax in. The kitchen was very well appointed and we were able to cook a large Christmas dinner for everyone and cooked most other days for the whole family. A couple of us enjoyed a quick dip in the swimming pool which was a bit too chilly for the rest! The hot tub was great though and heated up really quickly when required. We had use of the pontoon boat which was lovely and we used it most days we were there. The bbq and fire pit enabled us to use the outdoor space to its full! We had a toddler with us and were a little concerned about direct access to the lake and swimming pool - we needn't have worried as there are child locks on all the outside doors. Elizabeth and Francisco were very good hosts who quickly helped us with queries we had. They provided a travel cot, high chair and stair gate which was much appreciated. We had a wonderful family holiday in this beautiful home and would highly recommend to others.
