Welcome to Living the Dream! This gorgeous 7 bdrm 7.5 bath home will take your breath away. From the moment you enter you are instantly greeted by vaulted ceilings and expansive living spaces.
The pristine open living room and kitchen invite you to soak in the light filled gathering space with cool and comfortable furnishings, top of the line appliances and a massive kitchen island with seating for 6, creating the perfect space for entertaining and family living alike.
Enjoy time hanging out in the den watching your favorite movie or playing shuffleboard!
As impressive as the indoor space is, the real fun begins when you step outside where every inch of space was thoughtfully designed for a combination of both entertainment and play. Just off of the kitchen is dining for 8 along with additional comfortable seating. With the flip of a switch screens come down on all sides creating a "bug free" dining experience.
Just beyond that is a spectacular saltwater pool overlooking the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan. To enhance your dining experience we have provided both a gas grill as well as a Green Egg.
As you make your way from the deck down to the sandy beach, stop for a "cold one" at the cabana, where you'll feel like you're at an island bar.
Back inside you will enjoy the convenience of two main level master bedrooms, one with a king size bed and gorgeous views and one with a queen size bed along with a daybed. Both have large en suite bathrooms and double vanities. There is also an office/yoga/workout room with terrific lake views off of the lakefront master.
The second level is home to two more beautifully appointed guest rooms with large en suite bathrooms.
As you make your way to the lower level you are greeted with a large walkout family room complete with both a pool table and ping pong table. Just outside is additional seating, a fire table and outdoor shower. Additionally off of this space is a large mudroom with a bathroom, perfect for coming in off the beach.
Also on the lower level you will find 2 massive bunk rooms with en suite bathrooms. The first bunk room has two full over full bunk beds while the second has four twin over full bunk beds.
For those wanting a more private and quiet space, there is also a bonus suite above the garage.

Summary: This house worked perfectly for our family of 10 adults and 3 children. The floor plan, with bedrooms and bathrooms on 3 different levels, plus a large bedroom over the garage, allowed for plenty of space for all ages. The kitchen is well equipped and the living space, both inside and out, is wonderful. The pool was clean and warm for us, great for cool October temperatures.

Summary: Our stay was overshadowed by constant issues w/ the neighbor across the street. We had family visiting, which led to more cars than usual, but since the house sleeps 16, we didn’t anticipate this would be a problem. We were told by the property manager that we could only have 6 cars parked in front of the house, which seemed unreasonable given the property size & the number of guests it accommodates. We took immediate action to address the situation by renting a golf cart & shuttling our family from a nearby beach, doing our best to comply. The property manager contacted us both days about the parking issue. We tried to resolve it quickly each time, but it was difficult to juggle explaining the situation to all family members. At the end of our stay, we received an unexpected & upsetting message from the property manager accusing us of leaving the house in disarray, which was not true. We went above & beyond in our cleaning efforts, vacuuming, washing dishes, completing 2 loads of laundry, & ensuring all trash was properly disposed of. Despite this, we received an email from VRBO saying we would be charged an additional $250 for cleaning. While the neighbors on either side were pleasant, the neighbor across the street was hostile & seemed intent on creating issues. To add to the frustration, we accidentally left behind 2 speakers & a charger, yet the property manager made no effort to reach out & return them. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Summary: We were fortunate to rent the home for a second year; it was just as much fun as the first time. The property is perfect for large families, allowing everyone enough room to spend together or in their own spaces, indoor and out.

Summary: The house is absolutely gorgeous!! We brought our children and grandchildren, and the space was perfect for us! The amenities that the Host provides are amazing! Summary: We rented this home for our large family which consisted of 5 couples and nieces and nephews of various ages. The home is beautiful, large enough for everyone and ideally located on the beach side. Working with Gina from the rental management company could not have been better. She was extremely responsive and a joy to work with. We hope to repeat the experience again next summer.
