Complete with a pool, hot tub, an elevator and a gourmet kitchen, this luxurious 6BR/5.5BA waterfront vacation home sits on 8 acres directly on Lake Travis and is ideally located in the Lakeway area. You’ll love 360 degree views of Hill Country and Lake Travis, towering oaks, high end décor, and close proximity to Austin. This home is directly on the lake, and although it does not have a boat dock, there are boats available for tours next door (Austin' Boat Tours) and boat ramp available not far for public access. There's also limos and shuttles available upon request (ATX Party Bus and Aria Limos).
Upon arrival, you’ll drive through the ornate gate, up to the home, and to the main entrance. An elevator will whisk you up to the top floor. The impressive open floor plan offers an expansive living area, dining area, and kitchen on the top floor. The opulent living area features ultra-high ceilings and an abundance of windows, which flood the space with natural light.
The dining area sits between the main living room and the kitchen. The high-top table seats four and the kitchen bar seats several more. The gourmet kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances; including a Viking six burner range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and two dishwashers. The black granite countertops are remarkable.
The second living area is huge! It features a full wet bar, wine fridge, counter seating for four and a high-top table for four on the deck. The living room has a plush leather couch, a flat screen TV, arresting artwork, and another great view. The master bedroom has a king size bed, chic décor, and access to a private balcony. The master bathroom has a marble walk-in multiple head shower with glass bricks. The second guest room also has a king size bed, high-end décor, and great views. The other four guest rooms have queen beds and, like all the rooms in the house, amazing views of the Hill Country and Lake Travis. All bedrooms have sliding door balcony access. There are four more full baths and a half bath on the main floor.
Multiple fireplaces and flat screen televisions in every room provide comfortable interior spaces or head out to the expansive waterfront outdoor living areas for a taste of the exterior amenities. A gas grill and poolside seating enhances your entertainment options.
If you think the inside is impressive, wait until you go outside! There’s a covered basketball court adjacent to the pool area. The pool itself is huge and surrounded by oaks and palms, and the landscape lighting is phenomenal! There’s a large outdoor sectional sofa next to the pool along with a soothing hot tub. The view is impressive! There are two balconies overlooking the pool and lake, all of which have comfortable seating and access from the bedrooms and living areas. A paved path leads down to the lake and swim platform for our guests.
This home's location allows for a great balance of outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and swimming combined with relaxing luxuries. Right down the road you will find our private boat tours and limo service. You can also drive just a short distance to Emerald Point Marina that has plenty of boat slips for rent.

Summary: I can not speak highly enough of this property. 19 girls easily slept here, with plenty of space and ammendities for all of us. But more importantly Angel went above and beyond to make our stay PERFECT. Including: getting our groceries, arranging transportation for 5 am flights, collecting packages, food/restaurants suggestions and more. She was amazing and her generosity and responsiveness alone are worth the stay!!!

Summary: Came down for a bachelor party with 19 guys total. Place was amazing. Somehow the pictures don’t do the property justice. The property has a great view of the lake, the pool is gorgeous and it was walking distance to the party boats. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and you could not hear any noise from other parts of the house. Would 100% recommend!

Summary: The property was directly next to the marina that the company rents boats out of, and also provided a bus to take the group into Austin for a day. Overall, wonderful experience.

Summary: My husband and I booked the house for our wedding weekend and had both our families staying at the house. The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our families with kids ranging from 5 months to 8 years old. There was a crib which was so convenient for my infant nephew. Angel was very response with questions when we arrived at the house. The house was very clean and was perfect size for us because every family got their own room and never felt crowded.

Summary: I can't say enough about how beautiful the location and outdoor space is. The house has so much potential!! Unfortunately, the house needs a lot of work. The list is long of items that need attention. Cleanliness is my number one complaint. I do not think the windows have ever been washed and the floor was sticky. There were cobwebs EVERYWHERE, even low where a cleaning service should be able to reach. Both refrigerators were still full of food and had not been wiped out. The sheets did not appear to be clean and so my MIL stripped all beds and washed them herself. I also killed three LARGE cockroaches in my master bedroom. The pool had significant algae on the sides, the waterfall didn't work and had poison ivy growing down it. The outdoor lawn furniture needs to be replaced. All of the cushions are ripped and in bad shape. As far as non-working items on the property.... 1. No working ice maker on property 2. Bar fridge barely cools 3. No outside landscape lights work 4. Lights on the outdoor basketball court don't work 5. Living room couch is old and coming apart. 6. Some outlets on property don't work For the amount of money they are charging, it is very disappointing. The decor alone needs to be updated. The entire weekend, we all kept saying that they need to take better pride in their property...it has so much potential. We will not rent this property again.

Summary: We had a large group over post wedding for a great day by the pool and hanging on the lake. IT WAS PERFECT. You really have to see this place in person - every person was shocked with how cool it is. It's definitely a mansion...and the property itself is huge and right on the water! Angel is also the best. So accommodating, reasonable, and is just a fantastic host. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Every year we rent a big beautiful house that can hold our large growing family.. we always choose the Texas Hillcountry area, lake Travis, lake Austin or Lake LBJ... this home was huge, but very disappointing:( it really needs a lot of TLC.. we had no Hot water the 1st and 2nd days.....the A/c never worked in tbe back part of home and the water trickled out of the showers... the water pressure was so low, if we ran the dishwasher and the washing machine at the same time, they would not work and the error sign would come on saying there was not enough pressure! Angel was amazing she tried to fix everything but there was just so much even the Jacuzzi never worked the entire time we were there. There were cobwebs everywhere, the house looked as if nothing had been changed since it was built in 1991. We will not be staying here again. most of our family left after two or three days, especially the ones that were in the hot rooms. Like I said Angel the property manager really tried to help it was just so much at one time thrown at her, that it was Impossible to fix it all. They did offer us a complementary boat the last day, but everyone had already left there was only four kids left and just wasn’t worth it .... we are use to a very high bar from the previous homes we have Rented un tbd past and this one feel very very short...
