Summary: Apartment is located down the street from my condo so I was very comfortable. The pool was spectacular and the apartment was very comfortable. Needs a stoppage in the tub so you can take a bath which I did but had to invent something to stop water. Beautiful views from balcony. Very small kitchen but very efficient and doable. Designated parking spot. Right next to my favorite golf course. Palm Beach Par 3.

Summary: Great location, Eva was great. Had issue with air conditioner, was fixed (replaced) within 24 hours. Beautiful pool on innercoastel, and a short walk across the street to the ocean. Loved it!

Summary: The building is very very dirty and smells. Dirty carpets in the hallways broken tiles at the front door of the building not what you expect in palm beach We were asked to check in an hour later and asked to checkout early The condo is small but furnished ok Wouldn’t stay there again

Summary: The host was great! Eva should be a super host. She waited patiently for us to arrive (our flight was delayed). She was gracious and accommodating. The studio fit our needs and the location-oh the location was awesome with the pool on the intracoastal and the beach across the street! Plenty of excellent restaurants and museums were nearby. This was a memorable getaway which we would love to repeat next year. Thank you Eva!
