Summary: A spacious house with a large kitchen and nice pool. Plenty of amenities (kitchen utensils, bathroom and pool towels, etc.), and a large driveway to park multiple cars. There was a slight discrepancy between trash/recycling instructions between online and in-house notebook, but nothing critical. A gratis early check-in would have been nice given no conflicting booking, but overall the stay was a great value.

Summary: Visited the area for a softball tournament. House was clean. Communication with the host was excellent. She was even able to accommodate an early check in which was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Great home, tons of space and sleep options. Pool and outdoor shady trees area with some small rolling green hills in backyard, very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for what we needed. Very nice def stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful backyard!!! Not pool season but very nice pool and grass. Great place for morning coffee (owners have nice large coffee pot)! Beds were comfortable and Futon is extra wide. Ping pong table nice to keep kids, ok adults too, entertained. Quiet neighborhood and close to groceries and Walmart. Great communication from owners! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: First time to Yuma for a muligeneration trip. The place looked exactly like the photos, it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for the grandpa as well as the teenager.
