Located in sought-after Timber Ridge, this luxurious 5,485 sq. ft. custom log home is nestled in the Pines on 3 acres with magnificent views of the San Juan mountain range. Rented fully furnished and designed by award-winning Breckenridge architect Suzanne Allen-Guerra, this masterpiece was constructed and built by Chanelle Harwood with hand peeled Lodge Pole Pine logs and finished with hardwood floors, high end fixtures and granite counter tops throughout. With 4 bedrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, movie theater, luxurious guest spaces and outdoor living areas and custom finishes throughout, this home offers a turnkey, one-of-a-kind mountain retreat.
Interior finishes include frame less doors and custom cabinetry in solid wood antiqued Knotty Alder with oil rubbed bronze door handles, custom vanities with copper under mount sinks, granite and petrified wood, and Delta Victorian faucets and shower heads in Venetian Bronze.
As you walk into the main level, you will be amazed with the massive living room with cathedral ceilings, rock fireplace and large windows capturing expansive mountain views and an abundance of light and a large walkout Brazilian teak deck. The open Kitchen features European cabinets, granite counter tops with farm-style under-mount copper sinks, stainless steel Wolf Range & Bosch appliances and custom wood door panels. The separate dining room is elegance defined, with a wet bar and china cabinet. Walk out the kitchen door to a nice covered patio where you can grill your dinner and enjoy a soak in the large hot tub.
Up a few stairs, you’ll find the Grand Master Suite offering double-entry doors, a rock fireplace, wet bar and a luxurious oversized bathroom with double vanities, jetted tub, tiled shower, walk in closet and separate laundry room. Enjoy each morning by gazing at the San Juan Mountains through the large windows in front of your bed with a cup of coffee from the mini coffee bar in the room. Up a few more stairs and you’ll find two additional large Guest suites each with spacious bathrooms and large closets.
If you go downstairs from the entry, you’ll walk into a large gathering room with TV and 2 comfy sleeper sofas. a mini kitchen area with all appliances, a large built-in sauna, and an additional guest suite with a large bathroom and a walk-out patio. A stereo system and a security system are wired throughout the home. Close to amenities, yet serenely private, this is a truly rare rental in a beautiful location.

Reviewer Comments: Pagosa Springs in the place to go if you want a small town feel (you can find parking spots and dinner without a reservation). The locals are very friendly and most helpful. Pagosa has all the amenities and great views and hikes one could want; but not at inflated prices. Forever View is aptly names. The house and views are amazing. Too many feature to mention; the multiple living and activity areas were wonderful for our group. Only issue is the ongoing landscape activity; once done will be fantastic. Workers were respective and worked around us. Overall, another great stay in Pagosa and at Forever Views

Summary: The house was beautifully decorated and they had a Christmas tree up during our stay! This rental had plenty of paper goods, supplies, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub every night. There were plastic sleds in the garage for the kids to use. The view was great in the living room and master bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pagosa is our perfect get away from city noise, congestion and heat. A very relaxed trip. Hike when you want, float in the hot springs, enjoy a libation or two, eat wonderful meals and "jeep" through the forest trails. Most important all the folks we met were inviting and friendly.

Summary: The communication between Lori, Ashley and I was awesome. They even offer grocery shopping and chef services for your convenience. We decided on the chef and chef Travis was beyond great. His presentation, the food, everything was immaculate. The house itself is also gorgeous and stocked with everything you ever thought you needed. The pictures posted on the website did not do it justice. The entire house and property was beyond beautiful and I’ll definitely be back !

Summary: The good! This house is very beautiful and was clean. The bad ! We could not even use one garage as advertised. One chair for the island, wet and frozen firewood after we had to ask for it. We ran out propane during dinner on New Year’s Eve and did not receive any until noon the next day. So no showers, heat or able to cook. Had to stay at the house the next to make sure it was taken care of. They did refund us half of a day I think. Manager never explained or apologized. I left a message but she only responded with a email stating I sent you a refund. Hope you enjoyed your stay.
