Thank you for considering a stay at our house.
Our house is in a private community.
We hope you understand that we must carefully screen our prospective guests. We ask for photo I.D. of all guests. We also ask for employment and bank references of the guests making the commitment.
We are located in a quiet residential community in New York City; 5 miles north of the George Washington Bridge.
Community standards include no street parking and no loud noises or music.
You must plan that all cars must be parked in the garage or driveway. The community adjourning our house also restricts parking on streets and they will tow cars. We require model and license plate number of all cars.
We also require confirmation of employment by the registrar (i.e. the guest making the booking);
We want to know the relationships among the adults: friends? family? professional associates?
Minimum of 30 nights.
Thermostats: We set thermostats. The home has 5 zones. “You must request to us for any change”.
Check to determine whether pool is open or closed. We can keep the pool open from Middle of May to the end of September.
No smoking in the house or on the front porch. Smoking only on the back porch and yard.
No illicit drug use.
Children must be supervised by an adult at pool all the time.
You must be 21 years of age to sign the contract.
