Fresh new construction also shows its best with granite counters, radiant floor baseboard heating, wood windows and a balcony facing the meadow. This home is a three bedroom with a loft for extra sleeping and fun times for the kids.

Summary: We were extremely happy with this property. The views of the meadow and mountains can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and three kids). The property faced away from the ski mountain which protected us from the all night snow grooming noise. It was an easy walk to the Kirkwood lodge and to the shuttle stop for the Timber Creek ski area. The assigned underground garage parking is a nice bonus, especially when it was time to pick kids up from ski school mid day. We didn’t have to worry about loosing our parking spot. We would absolutely stay in this unit again.

Summary: We had a great time at Krikwood and our VRBO rental. It was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we could want. Our only complaint is with the VRBO website/communication portal. It was difficult to communicate with our host as the VRBO inbox was not functioning properly.

Summary: Our family of 4 enjoyed our ski trip with two other families at this rental home. It is located on the top of a 4 story building near both the cross country ski tracks and alpine ski lifts. The entrance to the building is not very visible especially at night. But, the rental home is very spacious with comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. The unit heater is very strong, and we felt quite warm and cozy during our stay. Hot water is great too. One of the bathrooms had a problem, and we contacted the rental office and they came quickly to fix it. We will definitely remember this place and come back again.

Summary: The location of this place is perfect. There's one underground parking spot and extra guest parking spots our front but you do need to leave the parking spots by 11am on your checkout day. You might not be able to find a nearby parking spots after that. That's something to plan for when renting if you plan to ski on the day you are checking out. The place itself has great view of the mountains and it is a good size for a group of 10.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at the condo. It is spacious enough for 10 people, and well appointed. The location is perfect - just a couple of minute walk to the Corniche Express. So everyone could leave and come back from the slopes when they wanted. The views from the balcony and two of the bedrooms is beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Kirkwood !

Summary: Spacious 3 bed room plus loft. Easy access to ski lift (less than 5 minute walk). Property was clean, and in a good condition overall. WiFi and TV set-up was great and sufficient to keep teenagers and kids occupied. Easy check-in with ample parking. Kitchen has all appliances and had all pots/pans/plates etc needed to cater for a group of 8. Highly recommended.
