Guest Access:
Guests are allowed throughout the 2,824 ft² home and everywhere on the expansive half acre lot it sits on. Please remember to be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from having loud parties.
Other things to note:
- Before you book, please be advised that this is not a party home. We have sound level sensors in and around the house to alert both you and us if it becomes louder than the legal limit. This is to prevent upsetting the neighbors. We'd be happy to help you arrange a great time on the Strip, including all the hottest nightclubs, if that’s what you’re looking for.
- Our additional guest fee is $20 per person per night after the 10th guest. It will be added automatically when you put in your guest count. This helps cover the additional cost of housekeeping, insurance, and wear and tear. The extra fee applies to each night of the reservation regardless of whether guests stay some or all nights, just as a hotel would. We ask all of our guests to provide an accurate maximum guest count so we can adequately prepare the home, including relevant linens and towels.
- Housebroken pets are allowed, but an automatic pet fee of $20 per pet per night will be requested. This is to cover the extra cost for cleaning after the pet's stay. Any damage caused by pets will be charged.
House Rules
During these difficult times, we are taking extra precautions. Please read the following house rules carefully before you book:
• Please be respectful of neighbors. If outside noise exceeds 70 decibels (the noise level of a diesel train) at any time or 50 decibels (normal conversation) outside after 9 pm, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
• If police or security are dispatched, it will result in a fine levied by police or security of $1,000 and your reservation will be cancelled without refund.
• We have a zero tolerance noise policy, especially after 9 pm. This is the local law for rentals.
• Smoking indoors of any kind will result in a $500 fine.
• Per our policy AND local laws, tampering with noise sensors or outdoor cameras will result in a fine of $250 per device occurrence.
• Our cleaners are human beings, too. Extra cleaning fees may be charged if the home is left in an unacceptable and messy state.
• Do not have limos, party buses, or other large vehicles in front of the home at any time.
• No more than the number of people on the reservation in the home at any given time, unless otherwise agreed upon. If we find the guest count is more than stated on the booking, additional fees may be charged and/or your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

• By using the pool, spa, putting green, or any other play equipment, you agree to take all responsibility and liability for physical harm or material damages to yourself or any other persons.

Summary: Our group has been doing our annual March Maddness golf outing since 2008. Vegas and home rentals have changed. Now each home renter is more about you can't do this and you can't do that, then encouraging a fun trip.

Summary: The property was perfect for our visit to Las Vegas!! Close to airport and highways which for us was very important because we like to play golf courses that are spread throughout the area. The host was attentive and reached out often, which I like. The house, although a little dated, was extremely comfortable and very clean. Minor issues included - microwave was not working and the thermostat had been programed by previous guests at random temps that drove us crazy during the night (the host asked that we keep the temp above 70 degrees which we tried to do except when unbeknown to us the stat had been programmed to drop to 66 at 2am!!). Since we are all nerds or engineers or lawyers we did not bother the host with these minor issues! The pool, putting green and outdoor spaces are wonderful, spacious and was enjoyed by the group. I recommend this home for any family or group for a Las Vegas trip! 5 STARS!!!

Summary: What we liked is the location to the airport, The strip was anywhere from a $11 uber to $25 depending on time of day which adds up if you don't have a car. When we arrived the bed situation was not as it was described. The listing shows 6 bedrooms which is correct. One on the first floor which was a Queen,. The top floor had 5 bedrooms - the one with the 4 doubles were perfect for the kids. The master had the king which was fine. That leaves the other three rooms. One room had two queen beds pushed next together, not ideal when your sharing a room. It took us two nigihts to figure out how to work the fan and light, very dark for two days. The other two bedrooms, one had a queen, the other had the two doubles. So you have two bedrooms upstairs advertised has have two queen beds in each room is incorrect. One has 2 queens, the others just has one. So we had to spend an hour re-arranging folks in rooms when we arrived. Also when we arrived it was 105 outside and 88 inside. No one turned the air on for us, which uncomfortable. The ice machine didn't work, so we bought our own ice. The two washers and two dryers in the garage were nice. Having laundry baskets in the house would have been nice. The outside putting green/area and pool were a hot mess. You can tell the outside is not cared for well and needs updating. There was old toys, floats, garbage in corners of the yard. You could tell it just wasn't cleaned back there in a while, not just because of a recent storm. Chairs were broken and tile pieces from the pool loose at the bottom. The description said hot tub/spa, you turn the switch and it makes bubbles, but the hot tub doesn't get hot. I would think that would be separate from "heating the pool". Maybe not?! We cleaned the pool ourselves which took a good hour or two. I did text Jose that the master toilet wasn't working and someone came out to fix it - gave us a 4 hour time frame, not going to wait around for that on vacation but we happened to have someone there when he arrived. I also texted about the light/fan not working which is critical to see and was told to try a different remote. I also texted about the pool being real bad and he asked that I sent picture, but heard nothing back after that. The day before checkout I got a text /hope we enjoyed our time & if we need a later checkout to let them know. So I did, asking for an extra hour, then said sorry cant someone is checking in behind us.

Summary: I do think this is a great house for big groups. However, I prefer a house that feels more lived in. The kitchen isn’t well stocked which made it hard to cook, and there are some parts to the remodel that need attention.

Summary: Great location! Temperatures above 100 all week was a bit higher than we hoped but we made the best of it. Pool is fantastic…spacious and well maintained.! Lots of room for 16 and it worked great for us.
