Summary: The kitchen items are brand new with good pans and cooking supplies. Our teenage daughter really enjoyed the fancy mirror in her bathroom. ( the bathroom off the other bedroom was small but sufficient. ) We really loved the fact that bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash were supplied. We rented a car, but really could have used BART to get around. It is a short walk to the Hayward station. It is about an hour drive to San Francisco but it was nice to be out of the city

Summary: Our 4 day stay was excellent. The mini apartment was well furnished and so clean. Parking was off street and always available. Communication with owner, guest host, and manager was excellent.
