This 4412 square foot vacation home is a dream!
Downstairs there are two master suites with king beds, built in fireplaces, and walk in closets. There is an additional en-suite bedroom downstairs with a king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs you will find one more en-suite bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Additionally, upstairs has a custom built bunk room with 6 single beds, walk in closet and a shared bathroom. There is also a 65 inch TV with two couches (one sleeper sofa), Arcade and a game closet!!
The kitchen is fully equipped with Thermador and Sub Zero professional appliances. You will also find a Cuisinart toaster, Cuisinart drip coffee pot, Keurig, Kitchen Aid mixer and Ninja Blender. It is equipped with two sinks, two dishwashers, microwave, ice machine and beverage cooler. This kitchen is ready for your family to cook and bake!
Outside we have a Weber grill, dining table, lounge chairs, gas fire pit, and a hot tub that is serviced based on the rental schedule.
There are 5 Smart TV’s all set up for streaming. Cable is also part of this rental.
“What amenities do you offer?” When booking our home you will have access to the Caldera Springs pool, pickle ball/tennis/basketball courts, gym, and family game room. In addition, as owners we provide 5 adult bikes, 5+ river rafts, 1 hard shell kayak, Paddle Board, TRX suspension bands, dumbbell set, weight bench.
You will also have access to a well-insulated three car garage. This home is equipped with exterior cameras for security reasons.
*While we love furry family members, pets require prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee.
Caldera Springs is a beautiful resort nestled right next to Sunriver Resort. We have 9 miles of paved bike paths and more coming!
Effective 2022 Sunriver Resort has limited the amenities they allow renters to utilize (Caldera Golf Course, Bikes and Paddle Boards).

Summary: Our group of twelve (age 3 to 71) had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. House has everything you could possibly need for an amazing week at Sunriver. Property owners were cheerfully responsive to our many pre-arrival questions. We highly recommend this home.

Summary: This home is one that our family dreamed of staying in and finally we have. The owner has stocked the kitchen for cooking for large groups (we were 10 plus an infant). We were there for 10 days and everyday was a delight. The proximity to Mt Bachelor allowed us to ski half days and then follow up with snow shoeing in the afternoon- it was really perfect for us. We will be back!

Summary: Overall fantastic stay with no significant complaints. House is absolutely beautiful and remarkably well-stocked. Excellent location for family getaway. Some old food crumbs were noticed under a few pieces of furniture which is not a big deal and is only reason we gave 4/5 for cleanliness. Otherwise flawless and we were very pleased.

Summary: I don't think the accommodations could have been better for our family... the home was beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood... Everything about this home was 1st class...from the cleanliness to the comfortable beds to all the kitchen cookware...this house was set up for fun and relaxation. With 4 master bedrooms everyone had their space...and the kids loved the "Bunk bed Room"... Cindy could not have been a better hostess...we had great communication with her before we checked in, asking questions and during our stay as well... It was short bike ride to the Village out of traffic so we could all go and have fun at the rock wall, playing miniature golf or just to have a meal... I would recommend this home to anyone who wants a special place for those life long memories...

Summary: This property was exactly as described and photographed. amazing spacious home where 4 couples could enjoy one week of relaxation and enjoyment. Weather was cold, unpredictable and snow but the huge fireplace kept us cozy and warm!
