We would like to welcome you to beautiful Queen Creek, AZ, the valley's fastest growing community. Experience all sunny Phoenix has to offer while staying in this beautiful brand new custom home located about about 40 min from Sky Harbor Airport and 10 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport.
The home is situated in a beautiful HOA managed neighborhood of high end homes, surrounded by parks, walking trails and playgrounds.
This 3200 sq ft single story sits on nearly half an acre of private landscaped grounds. Enjoy Westerly backyard exposure for year-round sun. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, split master, gourmet eat-in kitchen, pool table, washer/dryer, 75" HD LED TV in living room with surround sound, 55" HDTVs in the master and game room, and 42" HDTVs in the remaining three bedrooms. HD channels, blu ray player, WIFI, multi zone central air, monitored alarm system, large covered patio with misting system, saltwater pool/spa, three putting greens, large private front courtyard, outdoor BBQ, and garage parking .
There is plenty to do or nothing to do! :)
The House:
Built in 2016, the open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and large patio provide a perfect setting for entertaining and gathering with family and friends.
Living room: Relax in comfort and keep up on current events on the 75" HD LED TV. Enjoy HD TV, blu ray, high speed wifi internet or retreat to the game room to enjoy pool/billiards while enjoying the 55" HD TV.
Kitchen: The large open gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with beautiful new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.
Bedrooms: All are equipped with wall-mounted 42" LED HD TVs.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size 4 poster bed. The master bath features his and hers vanities, jetted soaker tub, separate shower and an extra large walk-in closet.
The 2nd Master has a queen bed and its own private bathroom with tub and shower.
Two additional guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and easy access to the adjacent bathroom with two vanities and a separate tub/shower.
Plenty of linens and towels are provided.
Other amenities: The large saltwater pool with waterfall grotto will keep you cool in the warmer months and can be heated in the cooler season (spa heat is included, pool heat additional $45/day fee). Relax on the patio while you barbecue on the built-in natural gas grill. The backyard is very spacious and completely private. There are plenty of chaise lounges, pool floaties and toys.
There is parking for two cars in the garage. Up to two additional cars can be parked on the driveway.
This home very comfortably sleeps 8 adults.
The new Queen Creek Town Center is about three minutes from the front door with plenty of shopping, bars, movie theatre and restaurants.

Summary: This is our second time (second year in a row) renting this beautiful house! Everything is spotless clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook (just bring your own groceries of course!), the bedrooms and bathrooms are so clean and comfortable. And not to mention that dream of a backyard! You can swim in the pool, you can play golf in the putting greens they have, you have mist that you can turn on when you just want to sit outside the pool and it cools it off for everyone. The A/C units in the house work perfectly, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. They have a huge amount of pool toys that you can use, and towels, etc. The owners are super nice and very responsive if you need anything. We are coming back here for the third time next year! 100% recommended!

Summary: Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need for cooking//indoor and outdoor fun etc. Everything was super clean and practically brand new. Communication with the property owner was excellent. House is convenient for just about everything (grocery store, restaurant, etc), and if you want to order food for delivery that is no problem either. The pool and outside area are amazing! Loved everything about it!

Summary: 3 generations truly enjoyed our week in this fabulous home. The kids enjoyed the pool and putting greens. Lots of toys and rafts for the pool! Only had to bring clothes and buy food, everything else was provided. Great communication with the owners. We would love to rent this home again!

Summary: This is our second year staying at this property and I didn't think it was possible, but we loved it even more this year. It has all the comforts of home and is exactly as described. The neighborhood is great to walk or run in and the neighbors are very friendly. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. You truly don't even need to leave the house though. The pool is amazing and we are counting the days until we can go back next year.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and adding the pool heat made the pool the perfect temp any time of day. The backyard was very peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The house is also beautiful and had every amenity we needed. The owner was terrific, very responsive to any questions, and made the check in/out process very easy. We initially weren’t sure about staying outside of the Scottsdale area, but Queen Creek is a great area with tons of shopping, golf, etc. close by. I would definitely recommend this place.
