Summary: 5 stars!Clean, nicely appointed, close to everything we wanted to do and see (downtown Richmond, Virginia Credit Union Live) and the hosts were wonderful to work with.My only thing.....they should mention that there are multiple long staircases - getting to the main level and then getting to the bedrooms. It was noticeable to us as two of our three have recently had surgeries which, if we had come sooner, would have proven to be a problem.But all that being said - Thank you!

Summary: Great place. Master bed needs a new mattress! Super uncomfortable w springs. Carpets on stairs stinky and could be cleaned… we were fine once we walked up the two flight to the hardwood floors. Great set up. Game room night. Kitchen great. Only needs better mattresses.

Summary: We were in town visiting our daughter at UR. The condo is very open, lots of space. Perfect for our family visit. Please note there are many steps (approx 30) just to get to the main floor. Do not rent if you have anyone with mobility issues.

Summary: Most comfortable, problem-free stay we’ve ever experienced. The home itself is open with lots of natural light and a clean, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of seating and cooking space. The rooms are set up for multiple guests, and everyone was comfortable. The only drawback is the considerable amount of stairs just to get to the main floor - be prepared for a lot of work bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. Although the stairs were unexpected and pretty overwhelming, the property is lovely, and we will definitely stay here again when in Richmond. Absolutely 100% recommend - unless you have someone in your party with any type of mobility issue.

Summary: The condo has 3 levels with stairs so my luggage stayed at the bottom. Overall, it was a great place-new, clean, & nice decor. The photos on the site do not do it justice. The place is really nice. We felt at home. There is new construction around so you won’t be able to sleep in but I think the listing mentions that. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when we first arrived but once you enter the property, it’s like a totally different world. People were out walking and minding their own business. Wish we could have used the garage for parking though but there is a parking lot so no big deal. If we were in the area again, we’d book this.
