Positive: Beautiful, spacious house with great amenities. Great location directly across from beach. Short driving distance to attractions including European Village and Fort Matanzas.
Negative: Some noise from A1A. For those who want to swim in the ocean, be prepared that there is protective coquina barrier along the waterline of the beach which makes accessing the ocean itself difficult.

Negative: We didn’t know we could access the beach thru the path directly across from the house until the neighbor told us on night three. The washer was broken. Not all outlets worked.
