Summary: With the exception of 2021, we've been renting a house over President's Day weekend in the Park City area yearly since 2009. I've been responsible for selecting/renting the home every year, and without hesitation, I can say this is one of the best (if not the best) properties I've rented for my group. The (many) positives include: (i) layout-the kitchen/dining area/great room is laid out in an intelligent fashion--we could cook, eat, and hangout together without any issues (in a lot of rentals the kitchen is crammed or your do not have clear sightline to the common areas); (ii) a well-stocked kitchen with, among other things, two dishwashers, a double refrigerator, plenty of dishware and silverware for sixteen adults, etc.--I cannot tell you how many places we've stayed that had inadequate kitchen supplies and kitchen insufficiently equipped to cook for a dozen plus people; (iii) a clean, easily accessible working hot tub; (iv) proximity to Park City resorts (PCMR, Canyons and Deer Valley -- all within 15 minutes and on the bus line--indeed some members of our group just walked back from the Canyons after a day of skiing); (v) proximity to grocery/liquor stores; (vi) proximity and access to I-80, which made driving to Alta/Snowbird or Snowbasin (as well as to and from SLC) very easy; (vii) plenty of parking for 3 or 4 vehicles; (viii) well-stocked bathrooms; and (ix) working heat, light switches, WiFi, and other electronics. Before our group arrived, Jose promptly answered any questions and provided detailed recommendations. Although we did not have to contact him or the local property manager during our say, I can safely say based on my pre-arrival experience, any issues would've been promptly resolved. I highly recommend this property. Definite five star experience.

Summary: Thank you for the great experience. One of the few rentals I’ve stayed where it was bigger than it seemed in pictures. The house is beautiful, super clean, and communication was a breeze. Would 100000% recommend this place for a good time.

Summary: This was a BEAUTIFUL home and was even better than the pictures. There was so much space to spread out and catch-up with friends. The couches were exceptionally comfy and the built-in speaker series was so nice to play music as we were cooking and eating our meals. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with cookware and the basics. We loved the hot tub which we used after full days skiing. The house is also very convenient to the Park City bus that takes you to the mountains (Park City, Canyons, Deer Valley). We had a fantastic stay and would recommend highly to anyone with a large family or friend reunion!

Summary: This home is fantastic for a group. It has a massive first floor with two common areas and a large kitchen. There are plenty of beds and comfortable places to sleep. The location is perfect with a 3 min drive to Canyons and 10 min drive to Park City Mountain. There was some original confusion around the check in process but the home owner and property manager addressed everything promptly and politely. They were also accessible for any questions or concerns. The home is equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation - hot tub, ample fire places, pool table, sonos system, great views, and convenient location. Would absolutely recommend!
