Positive: It was perfection. Xenia has thought of everything. She was a wonderful hostess together with her assistant Svetlena. They were so attentive, we had 5 star treatment the whole time. The penthouse was fabulous, beautifully decorated and very luxurious. The fridge was stocked up with milk, juice and drinks and there was also some Greek bread and honey. The pool and roof top really had the wow factor. It made our trip and we thank you both. Location was good, 15 minutes in taxi to Acropolis and both were on call to arrange a taxi. Xenia also arranged our taxi to the airport which was first class. A big shout out to Dimitri. 💖

Positive: The property is perched up quite high with stunning views across Athens. There are a few local shops nearby and a taxi is only about €7 into the centre. It’s a beautiful apartment with comfortable rooms and a wonderful pool on the roof. The air con is great and all the essentials such as coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided. Xenia is a fantastic host who provided all the information we needed and is super friendly. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

Positive: An Unforgettable Stay in a Luxury Penthouse in Kolonaki We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this stunning luxury penthouse, and it exceeded all expectations. Perched among the trees on Mount Lycabettus in the most exclusive part of Kolonaki, the location is truly unbeatable—peaceful yet central, with the metro just an 8-minute walk away and taxis readily available. The rooftop pool is a dream, offering the most spectacular views across Athens—especially magical at sunrise. The home itself is the owner’s private residence, filled with incredible art and elegant décor that create a truly luxurious atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, the air conditioning is excellent throughout, and every detail has been thought through, from TVs and fast Wi-Fi to fresh linens and fluffy towels. There’s even a shaded BBQ area with panoramic vistas—perfect for al fresco dining or evening drinks. The highly polished wooden floors and designer furnishings add to the sense of understated glamour. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Xenia, and her PA, Svetlana. Xenia is a professional, intelligent, elegant businesswoman whose kindness shines through in every detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel genuinely welcome and we felt so privileged to stay in her beautiful home. We felt completely safe thanks to the full alarm system, and everything we needed was within walking distance—charming coffee shops, bakeries, tavernas, and the historic St. George’s Church at the top of the hill where you have phenomenal views of the acropolis and the sunsets out to see. It’s a short walk up the hill but well worth it! I would return in a heartbeat, without hesitation. This is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommended. The photos just don’t do it justice and they don’t really capture the magic. But I can vouch for all the reviews this is a 10/10 for sure!!

Negative: Might not be ideal for guests with young curious children due to lots of beautiful, intricate and delicate display items on tables! We were able to relocate them due to the fascination and curiously of our 6 year old! Otherwise, this property is amazing and would highly recommend!
