Rent this beautiful west end 3 BD/2.5BA home located on 14th street in Key Colony Beach!!! Deep water dockage with quick access to the ocean and bay via Vaca Cut. Large porches on the front and the back of the home. Home has beautiful marble floors, tongue and groove ceilings and a new state of the art, fully stocked, kitchen featuring a Wolfe gas range and a Sub Zero refrigerator. There are 3 spacious bedrooms in the home. First floor master suite features vaulted ceilings, walk in closet and a huge shower area with separate vanity area. Enjoy the private backyard with mature tropical plants and a Eastern exposure. Pool with large sundeck and new tiki featuring custom boat bar seating area! Bait freezer in garage and fish cleaning table by waters edge. 2 kayaks and 2 bikes available for renters use! This home has ALL new furnishings, rented only from May to Oct. Home is extremly well kept as owners live here most of the year!

Summary: We had three boys with us and they had a ball! We rented a boat which is a must as there are no beaches to go to this time of year. The seaweed was awful- but they were able to snorkel and see interesting things in the canal as well as swim in the private pool. We really enjoyed our visit and Cindy was wonderful to check in on us ! The house has everything you need for cooking and the grocery is 3 miles away. It was a great trip!

Summary: This is a wonderful house to rent! We have been coming to Marathon for 10 years every summer and this is by far our favorite house. Great layout, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor privacy, easy ocean access, 2 car garage was a real treat, beautifully decorated. We could not have ask for more! Cindy Alexander is wonderful to work with.

Summary: Cindy was great with communication before and during the stay. The house was incredibly well stocked with spices, towels, and very kitchen appliance and tool we could want. All appliances and items are top of the line and everything was well maintained. Loves the two kayaks included and the washer and dryer on the property. Multiple times a day everyone would comment on how amazing the house was and how comfortable every was. The layout of the home really allowed us to be around one another but also have our own time to ourselves when we wanted it. Really amazing stay.

Summary: Immaculate pool home on a canal that is very close to open water. Comfortable and spacious, with a loaded kitchen. Beautifully landscaped property with a private backyard and pool. Nice dock that can easily accommodate boats. We had a wonderful stay!
