Positive: The property is beautiful in a lovely countryside location but still close to local attractions and easily accessible. It was a lovely calming stay, we went for a wedding and it was perfect. The hosts were also so welcoming, with little extras left in the fridge and freshly baked cookies form the owners daughter. It really is a beautiful set up.
Negative: The bathroom doesn’t have any blinds meaning you’re woken early by the sun rising. It’s so bright and one of the other blinds has a weird yellow colour. Don’t expect a lie in, if there were some blackout blinds it would be perfect. The light is amazing once you are awake but we’d have liked a little lie in not to be woken so early. There was a little dust behind the bed noticed when plugging in my phone but otherwise perfectly clean. We’d also expected two bed as the booking read as thought there was a sofa bed but it was just one bed and a normal sofa. We were two friends and didn’t mind sharing but we had thought from the booking they’d be a second bed.

Positive: Excellent stay in a cosy and well furbished coach house in the spectacular grounds of another large property. There is a local Pub within a short walk (Warwickshire Lad) that serves excellent food and the railway station (Wood End) is just a few hundred yards further on where trains stop for Stratford-Upon -Avon or to Birmingham.

Positive: A lovely modern property with everything you need for a short stay. Great location if visiting the NEC. The host, Jo is very welcoming and the instructions received before arrival were detailed and very clear. A basket of goodies on arrival and fresh milk was a thoughtful touch. The grounds surrounding the property are amazing.
