Positive: Location was excellent - very close to the centre of town (30 min walk to CN Tower), lots and lots of eating options nearby. Communication was good and they let us drop our bags off early. Good recommendation for car parking nearby in the Basecamp building. Good having all the separate bedrooms.
Negative: Luxury is not the word we would use to describe the property - that is really overselling it. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed, the towels felt quite old, the curtains were too narrow and long, and the bedroom we used didn’t even have a door handle - the door was split (see below). All doors were very squeaky and in dire need of oiling. The third bathroom is only a toilet so we would say 2.5 bathrooms. The aircon unit was very noisy. In the bedrooms there is a huge lack of furniture - only bedside tables so nowhere to put anything so it all pretty much ends up in the floor. Some dressing tables or drawers would make a huge difference. One of the bedrooms - the door locked itself from the inside somehow (there is no lock in the door) and our son was not able to get out by himself, and that was quite alarming. Maybe this was why our bedroom had no door handle and a split door - someone having had the same problem and had to bust their way out. The outside patio was overgrown so you couldn’t really use it. While the townhouse sleeps 8, there were only three chairs at the dining table and two collapsible chairs (not sure where everyone else is meant to sit). No instructions on how to use the dishwasher - we couldn’t figure it out.
Summary: Great location but have no expectations of luxury because it is rather ordinary.

Positive: Everything was great! Everything was clean and it was an easy check in and good location. It was hard to find at first and a little complicated to find parking but once we did it was fine. Very good price for quality and location.
Negative: The king bed on the third floor had an odor. The sheets and comforter smelled like sweat and I had to go sleep in another bed. That was the only thing that was dirty.
Summary: Overall it was perfect for our group and it was clean! Very good price for the location and amount of space you have.
