Prepare to relax in the ultimate luxury of South Texas ranch style sophistication at the Three B Ranch. No detail is spared, from entering through the rustic, double stacked rock columns and automatic wood gate entrance, to the natural beauty of the meticulously manicured and mature oak filled acreage.
The crown jewel of this sprawling property however, is the 3,834+ SF compound comprised of a 2,384+ SF main residence and 1,500 SF Party Barn entertainment center. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath home’s design is infused with a French Colonial and Texas German style, creating a sophisticated, yet warm feel. Abundant natural light and fresh air flow through the welcoming abode courtesy of 15 sets of elegant French doors. Detail was paramount in the design from the custom doors and shutters, to the long-leaf pine floors, ceiling beams, and columns.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time staying here and were not ready to leave. The property is gorgeous and there was so much space for everyone to stay. The pool was a plus! Our children were able to help feed the baby calf and we enjoyed seeing all the animals walking around. 10/10 recommend this ranch!

Summary: The property description doesn't properly convey how very cool the property is. A beautiful drive up the long winding driveway and you are immediately taken to another time. The main house is unassuming from the outside but beautiful and modern on the inside. Large kitchen and dining area that is open to the family room. Everywhere you look there are windows to the outside. The views go on forever. There are alpaca's, donkeys, horses and cows within steps. The owner left us food to feed the alpaca's and donkeys. There is a pretty pool to cool off. And a party barn with additional sleeping options and another full bath should you need them. Lily the host was readily available for questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property if your travels find you in the Somerset TX area.

Summary: My husband and I booked this VRBO/event venue for our November 18 wedding. It was a perfect location for a quaint, intimate wedding. The ranch is beautiful and peaceful with gorgeous sunsets. The house itself is gorgeous and the decor is great. Highly recommend staying here for a weekend getaway or renting the entire venue for a day of celebrations. Thank you, Lily for being available and answering all of our questions. We’ll definitely keep Three B Ranch on our list for the the next family celebration.

Summary: I had my wedding this past weekend October 28th and this place was amazing from the views to the house and party barn and the newly added barn/pavilion. The spce was great and accomendated our needs prefectly.

Summary: Loved this ranch house! The property is huge! It is plenty spacious and has lots of room for all of our friends and family to stay. The host let us feed their calf’s, alpacas and donkeys. The chefs kitchen was really nice as well. They have huge fridges in both the house and the party barn. We enjoyed our time here, especially in the pool. The host was very nice and super responsive to our questions during our stay. We would love to come back!
