Negative: It's called luxury apartments, but I wouldn't really say it's luxurious. You can tell the apartment block is old because you can hear people talking and noise from other apartments Beds also seemed old as they were very hard

Positive: We liked the apartment, it was clean and Everything looks new and neat. The apartment is beautiful, they make sure to leave water, milk, cookies and more at their expense, a nice gesture. Definitely a place to return to if you don't mind that it's not in the city (Santiago) itself.
Negative: My husband found the couch really hard to the point where he was really uncomfortable sitting, I found it fine. Other than that really there are no complains.
