Positive: Wonderful apartment only a short walk from Vienna's West Bahnhof station, with great connections via train, tram and bus into the city centre. Beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Despite being on a busy road, it was quiet and peaceful in the apartment, and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony. Would highly recommend to any visitor to Vienna.
Negative: The communication was excellent, but it wasn't clear from instructions which apartment we were actually staying in. I don't mind stairs at all, but this is an older residential block without a lift, so some may struggle.
Summary: Perfect apartment for staying in Vienna.

Positive: Fantastic apartment, well thought out and had everything you could need for a short stay. The air con was excellent and well needed with the June heat. Host was super responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: The owner met my daughter and I at the apt and let us drop off our backpacks in the morning, before check in. Normally we would have had to get the key from the lock box. He was cleaning the apt. He was very helpful and understanding. Apt was clean, comfortable and newly renovated. The location is excellent. Close to everything, yet in a quiet residential area.
Negative: You have to be aware that there are lots of stairs going up to the apt.

Positive: The stay in the apartment was very pleasant. Apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a short stay in the city. The location is safe and close to subway and train station. The host was very polite and always willing to help.
Negative: It was a bit hot inside in our stay in summer. Rather than that everything was perfect.

In room my family stayed very comfortable, in kitchen many equipment can help us to cook dishes very day, location is good and close to west train station and metro station, can walk 5 minutes to take shuttle bus to airport.
