Summary: This property was exactly as described. It is a great place for visitors with a pet given the adjacent small square park and the larger nearby Potomac Yards Park with walking path. Underground secure parking is also included for those visiting with a car. It is convenient to WDC, Potomac Yard, Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Alexandria. A Giant Supermarket is an easy walk, 2 blocks away. Downtown DC is just up US1 and I395, 5 miles away. A new Metro Stop at Potomac Yard opened in May 2023 and is a 10 minute walk away. The room itself, studio hotel room sized, is clean and comfortable for using as a base for visiting the metro area. It does have a complete kitchen if you want to prepare meals. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Wording of directions to get into garage was confusing, lock box not labeled; elevator was down 3 of the 5 days w/ apparent lack of communication between owner and lease office; elevator & being told studio was able to fit electric wheelchair for disabled husband(which it wasn’t) was the reasons we chose this one. No nearby restaurants, not for a family as would be on top of each other and only place to sit is on the sofa, be careful using shower/tub as easy to fall getting out
