Whilst the kitchen and open plan dining/living areas are worth highlighting as extremely endearing features of this charming villa, it is ultimately the picturesque location that will really appeal to guests here, best appreciated from the covered summer terrace or the cooling 15x6m swimming pool with steps that gently invite you into its crystal blue waters. Lake Trasimeno, only 25 minutes away from the villa, offers lots of family activities, beaches and sports facilities; sports lovers will enjoy kite surf, windsurf, sailing, kayak and water ski as well as horseback riding and biking.
Ground Floor Enter via conservatory with seating area to a double living room with a piano and fireplace. Continue to the country kitchen, ideal for cooking lessons and dining room with table seating 12. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms and TV and a guest shower room. A separate bathroom.
First Floor A wooden staircase leads to two further double bedrooms with shared shower room; the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub; a double bedroom with separate bathroom and shower and 1 twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom with shower in the tub and independent entrance area. All bedrooms and living rooms have Satellite TV, intercom and air- conditioning.

Summary: Villa Pindaro is simply magical. A generously proportioned property with a sensational outlook in a stunning setting. Add to that Katia and Simona who make it all happen and you have the best possible setting for a holiday you'll never forget. On top of that the local town of Panicale is particularly special, and wonderful for children with its pizzerias, gelati and toy shop! Further afield there is everything you could possibly hope for in terms of activity, culture and simply Italy! The whole thing is just fabulous.

Summary: We have just returned home from a truly magical 10 days at Casa Pindaro. The house itself was extremely well provisioned for our 4 families and children, with fantastic sociable spaces, indoor and outdoor dining areas and the most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen! The daily housekeeping service was a really pleasant surprise, ensuring that Pindaro sparkled throughout our stay. The olive groves and orchards surrounding the house were absolutely stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh produce from the vegetable gardens. Of course we spent a large amount of time at Pindaro’s beautiful pool, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Umbrian hills. We would highly recommend Casa Pindaro and would be delighted to return for another visit in the future.

Summary: Everything about our stay at Casa Pindaro was fantastic. The property itself, the house, and Katia, all were perfect. We were 2 families, 12 people, and there was plenty of room for us all to be together or separate. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained, And Katia could not be more gracious and helpful.
