This completely renovated amazing luxurious villa is located on the best spot at Nueva Andalucia with fantastic views over near-by Puerto Banus.
The villa has imposing entrance, fantastic sea and mountain views from nearly every room and great landscaped garden, even the totally secluded pool and jacuzzi have great views of sea, mountain and look down on the rich and famous in Puerto Banus and Nueva Andalucia.
The property has been recently refurbished and consists of 5 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, new fully equipped kitchen, dining room and 2 very large living rooms. All rooms are equipped with great air con, free wi-fi, there are 60” and 42' TV’s, several stereo-sets, large mature garden with fruit trees floodlit at night, several sitting and dining areas with comfortable garden furniture and 14 sunbeds, large heated swimming pool and separate large Jacuzzi. The house has several beautiful terraces and lounge areas. There is gated car park area inside walled premises for six cars.
The master bedroom has dressing room, jacuzzi bath, walk in shower, bidet & his and her basins. There are two additional large bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms and 5th large bedroom.
There are several good restaurants within few minutes walk from the villa as wells as supermarkets and cafes. Fantastic and famous Puerto Banus yacht harbour is just 1,5km away with tens of restaurants, department stores, high-street shops and great bars, discos, clubs, beaches, beach clubs etc. There are seven golf-courses within minutes reach from the house. To sum it up - there is no better place to stay in Marbella than this amazing beautiful villa.

Summary: The villa was amazing, clean tidy and was very well furnished.Fantastic living space and the pool area is brilliant - our kids loved it.There is a local shop 5 minute walk away and a small supermarket 10 minute walk away. Nice restaurants within walking distance too.I would highly recommend this villa!

Summary: What an incredible villa with stunning views. We were a group of 10 who absolutely loved spending time in this space. The villa has fantastic indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely pool. The kitchen was superb and the rooms were very spacious. The exterior is extremely well kept with beautiful flowers and a lush lawn. The owner and property manager were just a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to returning.

Summary: This is a superb villa; it was just right for our extended family (3 generations) with a vareity of spaces to relax in (both inside and outside) and 5 equally good bedrooms (all but one with their own bathroom). The TV and Playstation downstairs meant a peaceful living room upstairs to sit in and read. The orientation of the garden and terraces mean you can either sunbathe all day or seek out shade. All the spaces feel very private but there are amazing views out to both the sea and the mountains. The pool is a good size and well connected to the living areas and everywhere inside and out was spotlessly clean. With three dining spaces we had the choice of eating inside or out, and again could move about to catch or avoid the sun as required. The kitchen is really well equipped and there are several supermarkets and other shops within easy walking distance which made self catering an easy option even without a car. Equally, there are a variety of eating out options nearby. Puerto Banus is walkable in about half an hour or there is a cheap local bus; taxis are a reasonably priced option too. It was easy to make day trips to Marbella, Estepona and Ronda on public transport.We had a lovely week, catching some beautifully warm sunshine even at the end of October. It always feels a bit risky to book somewhere with no previous reviews but we were reassured by excellent communication from the owner both before and during our stay. I'd highly recommend this property.
