Luxury waterfront home located on Silver Lake in the Medical Lake area. We believe this home is like a hidden gem. It is located on Silver lake which is a beautiful lake used by the locals for boating, fishing, and swimming.
The House has 4 bedrooms. Two kings size beds and two queen size beds. 2.5 bathrooms. The master bathroom is very spacious and includes a steam shower and a Jacuzzi for your enjoyment.
There are two kitchens; an Indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen is very spacious with modern equipment and it has two ovens making it perfect for guests that enjoy cooking. The outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven. There is also a BBQ grill that guests can use and enjoy.
Also there is Wi-Fi throughout the house and guests that need to work can use the office that has a view of the beautiful lake.
The house can easily sleep 8 guests
The property is fenced from the lake making it safer for young children
Outside there is a hot tub that can be used year round. There is also a fire pit near the lake that creates a wonderful and unique atmosphere for enjoying nature and company.
At the property we have a kayak that sits two people and a paddle board that you can use at the lake.
Guests can use the private dock at the property for their use and even fish from that dock.
if you choose to bring a boat you can use the public boat dock that is only a half mile from the house.

Summary: Near the Airport!! Perfect for a mini-reunion by the lake. Went kayaking + paddle boarding. We enjoyed the hot tub, cooked hotdogs and burgers on the grill. Owner was attentive and amazing with communication and was very sweet. I rate this 10 Stars. We are going to book again during our next visit to see family in Spokane.

Summary: This house was the perfect gathering spot for a mini-reunion by the lake. Just 15 minutes from the airport it was easily accessible for us to land in the plane and get the rods in the water and start the relaxation. Days were spent fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding, and afternoons were enjoyed in the hot tub, making pizza in the pizza oven and cooking s’mores over the fire pit. We are already thinking of a return!
