Spectacular oceanfront home with unparalleled and panoramic views over Delaport Bay and the white beach directly in front of the Villa. The house was designed as a luxury Vacation spot located in the center of New Providence - the Main Island of the Bahamas. Close enough to everything you will need like Restaurants, Bars and shopping centers - but still with this unique private Island flair you expect while visiting the Bahamas.
It is a beautiful example of Colonial styled modern architecture and offers a large space for Families or Friends for your stay in the beautiful Bahamas!
The Villa is located on the West Bay Street - directly on the north side with probably the most beautiful beaches on the whole island. Because of the surrinding private villas, the beach is nearly private and only 3 steps away from the patio area.
The main floor is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, it is an open concept, the family room, dining room, and kitchen all have huge windows overlooking the waves and views. The 20ft Patio doors can be opened completely and transforming the living room and the pool area into a large open space. The master bedroom (king bed) overlooks the blue Ocean and there are 2 other bedrooms on the second floor, both with queen beds and one bedroom beside the living room and kitchen. All Bedrooms have attached bathrooms and direct ocean view.

The open kitchen is finished with stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops - gas cooktop - separate Breakfast area for up to 6, Bar area facing the kitchen and large dining area (with ten-seater dining table)
The kitchen opens out onto the large open dining room and the down-filled-white-couched TV room. The doors of the dining and TV room collapse all the way back so that the entire water-side of the villa is wide open to the ocean and beach. The wide verandah has a lovely living area with plush couches and an additional dining table for sea-view dining.
Additional to the inside, the Patio has a large BBQ Station and the outdoor sitting area beside the pool surrounded by Palm trees and Bahamian Seagrapes.
To reach the Villa is only a 6 Minute ride from the Nassau International Airport
(Lynden Pindling International Airport) and important to mention, not in the flight zone for regular airplanes.

Summary: The property is in a spectacular location. The management team were very helpful and very concerned for our safety since there was a tropical storm that grazed the house during our stay. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that a couple of the bathrooms (including the master) never got hot water in the showers. Gorgeous place though.

Summary: Our group of 7 family members all enjoyed our stay at La Mouette. The house, pool, ocean view, beach access and location were excellent. We worked with Bianca on the reservation and check in and Alicia for the bulk of the hosting process. Both were responsive and helpful. We loved the property so much that we have already made arrangements to book it again next year with our same group. To be completely transparent, there were a few minor upkeep and maintenance issues that should be addressed like the front gate not working, freezer handle broken, leaking faucet outside, tankless hot water heater alarm and rain shower head in master bathroom but, none of these issues presented too much of an inconvenience or tarnished our opinion of the property. We still loved it!

Summary: This hope is exactly as advertised if not better. The location is basically perfect from our perspective. Plenty of privacy but still relatively close to everything we wanted to do.

Summary: This property is in a great location, a very nice house and a tremendous ocean view. I would recommend a rental car and gps if you venture out. Also, plan your meals before hand as you will find it very expensive at the grocery store and restaurants. Finding where the locals eat are your best food options.

Summary: La Mouette was the perfect house for our family of 4 adult couples. The beach was beautiful, as was the pool and patio where we spent most of our time. We did have a few hiccups on the first day and the house management responded very quickly. The house manager was great, even stepping in to help when we had an issue with our Health Visas. Our concierge, LaLa worked from the day we booked the house to help with all of the details. I think we were probably the first to stay in the home since shut down, so it needs a bit of maintenance, but Bianaca wanted to know so that everything could be taken care of. A responsive house manager makes a big difference for me when renting, particularly in another country. These guys were awesome and I would definitely rent another property managed by them an would definitely rent La Mouette again.

Summary: I don’t know where to begin, but I will attempt it. The property is just as described. When walking into the living room, all I could see was the infinity pool looking onto the ocean. It was beautiful! As soon as we told the hosts we were there, Bianca came to show us the property. She was super sweet, accommodating, and accessible! I loved her welcoming demeanor! It was evident she loves what she does! Attention to the details was evident. I do appreciate the real authentic people that Bianca and Florian are. These qualities will make us return to the Bahamas and their properties!
