Positive: The location was perfect, 4 stops of tram and I was in the city centre. The breakfast was very good.
Negative: Everything was alright, the prices are generally high in Krakow.

Positive: Good location, walking distance to city. Nice spacious rooms and are well equipped. Breakfast is good, varied and something for almost every taste. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Overall nothing to complain about.
Negative: Beds are on the firm side. Works for me but I have collegues who complain, so it's individual how you like them and it can affect your sleep quality. Takes a long time to get the temp right in the shower, and a long time before getting hot/warm. These are minor issues not affecting the overall impression.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Good transport links, a tram stop just round the corner, to the Old Town although it's perfectly walkable, 30-40 minutes. Some lovely restaurants nearby.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Calm neighbourhood a walk or few tram stops away from the old town. Very spacious light and airy room, modern interior. Not expensive safe underground parking. Decent breakfast. Available mini gym and Finnish sauna with no extra charge.
Negative: The bed and bedding was uncomfortable unfortunately. The mattress was too thin and hard for our liking and bedding felt cheap. Availability of the SPA is great, and Finnish sauna was decent, but otherwise SPA area needs a renewal. Steam room didn’t have enough steam and showers had a funky smell.
Summary: Great place to safely park your car and explore Krakow.
