Positive: Great views from the property.

Negative: The caretaker was uncooperative and refused simple requests. He refused to do a barbecue and had to ask the owner for the same. Also the futon beds were very low quality and thin.

Positive: The host forgot that we were coming and had to wait for the co host to come in for the keys

Negative: The only item that we did not like was the fact that we can't cook Eggs or any non vegetarian foods. Common, in 2024! LOL I'd prefer protein over the vegetarian superiority nonsense any day. It was a bit frustrating and funny at the same time. Still someone else is dictating what I eat, even after paying money for the property.

Summary: If you like meat, try to check before visiting.

Positive: 1) Location was brilliant - a bit away from the main centres of Ooty - which we were not interested in. It’s just a few meters away from the highway. But it’s critical to have your own transport here. 2) The villa is perched on a cliff with brilliant views of the valley from all rooms. 3) Rooms are spacious and well designed

Negative: The services were very passable - the caretaker couple was new to the place and amateurish / not bothered. We gave up depending on them and sorted most things ourselves. Geysers didn’t work one day (of our two days stay) and we had to get water heated on stove. Breakfast options are negligible but with no nearby restaurants for an early breakfast - we had to live with the options offered for breakfast. Cleanliness is very average - of sheets, washrooms, dining spaces. Lot of energy spent in coordinating and supervising their work. Owners/ hosts are available on call/whatsapp and are professional but they are not available at the villa.

Summary: Great property with great valley views conveniently located near Ooty, but very mediocre services.

Positive: This is one of the most wonderful stays we have ever had. 7 people with a pet and a newborn, the entire stay was as comfortable as it can get. The manager of the Property was super nice and didn't hesitate to walk extra mile to cater to our random demands. The views are breathtaking, exclusive 😍 for you. Away from hustle and bustle of the city, the property offers enchanting calm and space for yourself. Would love to come again and again and again.

Negative: Nothing to not like. Breakfast menu can be expanded.
