Summary: Location was good. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and spoke English very well! Breakfast was average, in the spa area was OK. The sauna was not working. But a Breakfast was average, in the spa area was OK. The sauna was not working. But a nice option to have in case you want to use it. Our only complaint is somebody decided to smoke in their room in the fire alarm went off at 1:54 in the morning. Everyone was evacuating into the stairwell to get downstairs when we got to the bottom to find out somebody smoked. Would’ve been nice for the hotel to issue an apology and we hope that person got kicked out.

Summary: Overall Ok, would’ve been great. However the first night of three. They had put me on the ground floor with two walls directly on a busy road. Also right next to the reception. I asked to move room immediately and was told no other rooms available. Then I was showed a smaller room, also on the ground floor right next to the lifts with no opening window. I declined. The 2nd and 3rd night I was moved to the 3rd floor. That was the type of room I had expected originally. If I had been in that room from the start and didn’t have the noisy unbearable first night. My overall stay would’ve been 4/5. The staff did what they could to move me which I appreciate, but I had to complain. Those ground floor rooms shouldn’t be rooms for the price being charged. It’s ridiculous really. I also wasn’t offered my complimentary bottle of wine for being gold member. I had to ask and received this after returning later that night. Sadly with no bottle opener so couldn’t drink it until the next day.

Summary: Cute, smaller hotel walkable to many tourist attractions including the Louvre and to the metro. Many Japanese restaurants in the area, though not many places to eat beyond those. The room was fine, small, I had booked a room with a balcony and you had to step through a window to get to it, which was a bit awkward...and the view from the balcony was just okay...no city scapes or landmarks, etc. The staff were all very nice. Next time I'll likely try a different hotel in a different neighborhood.
