Positive: Nice big room which was very quiet with a good bathroom too. The breakfast was delicious and obviously location was great to both the airport and the s- & u-bahn.

Positive: Very convenient hotel if you have an early flight, but also in general well connected to the city so can be great for a longer stay. Room was very spacious, quiet, very clean and with everything you need. Loved how big and well organized the bathroom is.
Negative: The pillows are a bit too soft, and the bed a bit harder, so this combination made it a bit more difficult to find a comfortable position for sleeping.

Upon check-in, I was asked to pay a €100 deposit, and I was informed that this amount would be refunded to my account after check-out. As of today, September 29, I have not yet received the refund. Could you please confirm when I can expect the deposit to be released back to my account? Thank you for your assistance.

Positive: Really close to the airport and hire car locations. Clean, comfortable and easy check in and out. Excellent for a stopover after a late flight.

Positive: The hotel is exceptionally convenient for Stuttgart Airport and is really nicely furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast Was really good and a chef was on hand to make fresh omelets for us. The selection of breads and pastries was excellent.
Negative: Our flight was late so we didn’t check in till half eleven and there was no way to get anything to eat. The receptionist mixed up charging me for the room and (a) charged too much and (b) didn’t record it properly. This meant when I cam to check out I was asked to pay for the room again - this time at the correct rate and I was issued with a printed invoice, I explained that I’d already been chatted and the receptionist organised a refund to my credit card of the incorrect amount. The area around the hotel has a lot of construction work on-going and there are diverted routes to the U-Bahn. The S-Bahn is not running very frequently.
