Summary: My stay overall was okay, when I arrived check in was quick & easy, the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. I went up to My room and the first thing I did was check my bedding! Both beds had stains the first bed had blood splatters on the mattress covers and the second bed had a big yellow almost urine looking stain! I pulled the curtains back and there was trash and a dirty plastic cup on the floor in the corner of the window. The bathroom was decent. The sink had buildup residue in it and was also cracked. The tub’s paint was chipped. And when I went to take a shower that night I turned on the shower and the water was spraying from the tub spout and not fully from the shower head. The only thing i complained to the front desk about was the bedding, I was too tired and didn’t wanna trouble them. When I did complain they fixed it immediately! The upsides of the Hotel was the food from the bar was good and so was the breakfast in the morning! The atmosphere was also nice.

Summary: The room was OK but the furniture was beat up.The building itself looked beat up. Half pealed labels on the main doors , very worn carpet in places. What bothered me the most and probably set me off on looking for the negative was the front desk experience checking in. I went up to the staffer and said "Good evening" and started to give my name. They cut me off and the only thing they said was "ID." No welcome, no response to my "good evening." I physically felt the pleasure in being courteous to the staffer fall away. The front desk staff is the portal to your business. It costs nothing to do it much better.

Summary: The bathroom shower did not work taps were broken and the tub had the interior sides and bottom peeling away with chips in the tub. Not sanitary could not use only water was from the sink told front desk but nothing done and no alternate room offered. Will not be back. Had been coming several times a year over the last years

Summary: The room was absolutely disgusting and had a mildew smell. All of the furniture is extremely worn and stained. The the thermostat was set to 60 but was temperature was closer to 70 in the room. Every evening we had to have our keys redone because they stopped working.

Summary: Our first impression walking into the hotel was great. The lobby is really clean and nice looking. But the further back you get in the hotel, the worse it got. We had a room towards the back of the last hall, and it stunk and was filthy. Our room was on the left side of the hallway, and our one window pointed into the indoor pool, which was super weird. There is also a door to get to the pool straight from our room, and people were hitting it every time they walked by. It says the pool closes at 11, but people were in there screaming and talking loud well past that, and the walls are thin enough it kept us up. There were hairs all over the bathroom, shower curtain was stained, the sink was chipping, and the rugs were really dirty. The tv remote barely worked, and also felt greasy. The only thing that looked like they cleaned were the beds. We were here as a convention vendor, and stayed for 2 nights. We wont be back.

Summary: Refrigerator not working food spoiled call about reply next day, then bought an old nasty one to replaced. A/C was not working the first night. Gave us another room the following day.After we had been hot all night. Rats in the continual breakfast room. Parking was offer.
