Positive: The entire hotel is built like a family house. You can smell the wood in the hotel's hall. We kinda liked that you need to put your shoes off in the lobby. Besides, the view from the balcony is amazing. I guess soundproofing is also okay.

Negative: I would recommend renovating shower cabins. They are tired already and some elements are almost broken. Same for the door locks. Apart from that, the furniture is like new.
