Negative: To begin with, there was some confusion regarding the actual address of the apartment we had booked. The apartment we booked for which we received confirmation was 6 UI Turystyczna, but received an email just before our arrival stating we were staying at 60 UI Turrystycczna, a considerable long walk from the apartment we thought we were staying in. There was no explanation from the owner or apology. The apartment we stayed in however was very pleasant, although chilly to begin with, until a plumber arrived two days later with the owner of the apartment to repair the faulty boiler. There was still no explanation or apology regarding the mix up and inconvenience we experienced getting to the correct address. I started to mention it to the owner, but realised she spoke no English, and couldn't really have the conversation with the plumber who did speak English. But despite the shaky start, the apartment was very nice and met our expectations. I suggest though, that a bottle of washing up liquid, dish cloths, tea towel and kitchen spray would be a welcome addition for guests. I think it is quite mean not to supply these as standard. The walls are scuffed in places and would benefit from a fresh coat of emulsion.
Summary: Even though the apartment was not the one we booked, we enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Negative: Not very clean. Travel tax is higher 3,22 PLN per person per night, but on booking there is information that tax is 2,88 PLN fee.

Positive: The location of the accomodation was good. The apartment was rather new, but not that well maintained
Negative: Might be that we were unlucky to get the worst room, but carpets and the sofa had many black stains. Overall the living room did not look very fresh as part of the interior should have been cleaned or replaced
