Positive: Everting !! Easy access, next to the metro and food courts. Great design and nice staff!! Breakfast to room is amazing. Especially big thank for Miya - my WeChat account was freeze and she help to get it back. We were talking 2 hours with WeChat support !!!

Positive: Delicious western breakfast delivered to the room each morning, Miya recommended nice places to eat and helped arrange transport for us, great bath in the room. Easy to find and access, just make sure to contact Miya in advance and she will help you find the place.

Positive: The interior design of the room was so fun and unique, not like most hotels. There was a tree in the middle of the room! Plus the cool black bathtub near the window. Our room was in the corner of the building, so we had great views from two sides, with large windows that looked out over Chengdu. There was a modest, tasty breakfast included with the room, hand delivered to our door. There's a convenient subway station located right outside the building. It's a great value, and Miya was very helpful!
Negative: I don't know where this hotel room trend came from (I have seen it in hotels in America as well, so it's not just here), but I personally am not a fan of bathroom doors that do not have a latch.

Positive: Constant Follow up by the Host from the moment I arrived at the Airport until I reached the Property. Even when I returned to the Airport, the host followed up. I see the Eagerness to tend to the Requirements of the Guest. Recommending Places. Also, the host did her best to be available whenever I required anything. The host Accommodated my Requirement of one hour extension. The host refused to take the payment for the extra time. The location is right above the Subway Station and Several Restaurants around the same building and in the Vicinity. Connectivity wise, I recommend the place outright. On my Return, the Taxi Driver was about to drop me till the Subway station that connects to the airport Line 18 and instead, he drove me directly to the Airport. Midway, I told the same to the host as she was the one who booked the taxi. She apologized for misinterpreting my communication. She offered to pay half the taxi fare. I was okay with it on this occasion. The language challenge with the host is minimal. I was able to convey everything required with ease. I would recommend this place to myself again and to other hosts. **** Kindly check for different available options of commuting with the host and you can choose the one that suits you the Best****.

Positive: Excellent option for transit visit of Changdu. We had 20h transit between two flights in Changdu, and despite the fact that airlines give free room in hotel close to airport, we decided to visit city and Panda Park. It was convenient travel from airport to hotel by metro. Hotel placed just near one of metro stations and there is metro line with one change directly from airport. Travel time is about 1h 40min one way. We had two rooms for adult and kids, placed in two different levels connected by stairs. Perfect for family. Rooms big and clean, beds big and comfortable. Excellent support from hotel staff, they guide us during our travel from airport and help to purchase tickets to Panda park. By the way, park is great, recommend to visit it!

Positive: It was amazing experience in Chengdu. I found this hotel on booking and had a try. Clean, quiet, nice reception. Mattress and beddings are wonderful, I slept well that night. And I have to say the breakfast was super! Hot sandwich with a latte and the lady Miya was really considerate, she asked me if I have allergy and what do I prefer to eat… we had even became friends. Oh and the free laundry, that is definitely a big plus to the experience.
