Positive: The location was very close to the festival venue we attended while there.
Negative: The shower was too small & the water never got above tepid. Also, the toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor so every time I used it, it would rock. Definitely not worth the amount I paid for three nights.

Negative: The shower head was way too low for our liking and couple things from previous guests were left under the beds other than that we were pretty satisfied.

Positive: It’s located in an area where food isn’t a problem. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: The bathroom walls had stains on them. The room also was a no smoking room but it sure had its sent of cigarettes. Also the mattress didn’t have a protective layer. Since the mattress was bare we saw nasty yellow stains on the mattress.

Positive: The room was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels and necessities that were accomodating. The AC Unit worked and was a quality Unit.
Negative: There was no hand soap. I had hand soap and sanitizer on my person, but the lack of any was disturbing. There were only two pillows, which definitely needed more stuffing in them. I did need to go to the entrance of the building to get a drink that wasn't coffee or tap water. Even a vending machine on the second floor would be appreciated.
Summary: It was a bit more expensive than it should've been, but it wasn't too expensive.
