Summary: Their checkin process basically just sent you a text and told you what room to go to. They sent us to an occupied room which was awkward to say the least. Nobody at the office it's all done by text with zero service. Room was ok clean but small bathrooms, no cups for coffee maker and no ability to get that or ice or absolutely anything. Is not a place I'll return to.

Summary: Room was up-to-date, clean & comfy. Great location for meandering around the pinky peninsulas’. Would be great to see the Grounds/Landscaping refreshed. It was the only part that looked to need some new TLC.

Summary: Great Location to Sutton Bay and Traverse City! Perfect for teens, young adults and I'm 65 and had a blast. Kevin is in charge and is a sweetheart! He is very accommodating.

Summary: It was really good for what it was. It was a motel that gave my sister and I a couple of nights of sleep while we played in the area. It was simple but comfortable and I would go back.

Summary: Stay was perfect for what we needed. We have pups and the property met all our needs. Plenty of walking areas and extremely close to town. Will be staying here again.

Summary: Comfortable, safe, clean and well loved. Great location and the friendliest staff. Super clean and ready early for me. I appreciated that tremendously. Perfect for the two days I stayed. Although this property is slightly dated it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. I respect this more than room service and indoor pools. This is not that but offers a perfect getaway with lovely views and minutes from either downtown TC or Suttons Bay. I will return for sure!!
