Positive: Very clean, very nice location, good beds.

Negative: This hotel is announced as hotel with a pool and a spa, but even if the room is booked with the spa included, the opening hours of the pool are so limited that one cannot use it. (It is only open from 10 AM till 5 PM, if you are staying for work, one cannot use the pool).

Positive: Great hotel, perfect location and absolutely amazing breakfast!

Negative: The sauna and pool are good, but there's one major drawback. The spa is available to all hotel guests, but it's quite small and there are no changing rooms! It happened that when we were getting ready to leave and changing after a shower, other guests came in. It was very awkward because we were practically naked :(

Positive: Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable staff...really helpful and engaging. Stunning external building and well located. The room was a little dated and the plug sockets were only on one half of the room. It wouldn't allow my phone to charge, so had to buy an additional adapter.

Negative: Could have done with an additional member of staff at breakfast. Some of the food was replenished, but it might be advisable to get there early.
