Summary: No human interaction and there was a weird popping noise that kept us up at night. The road noise was so loud we couldn’t sleep. There is no room service if you stay for multiple days. Would not stay there again. We travel to Heber City at least 6 times a year and will choose to stay somewhere else.

Summary: Room was ok. Clean, beds on metal fold away frames, mattresses were very thin, pillows even worse. I have arthritis in all my joints and hardly got the shower on. Wash clothes were dirty looking with cleaning rags wrote on them. But the kicker was when we arrived no one was in office, had to text a number to get a code and room number!!!! It never mentioned on hotel.com it was ran remotely, no sign lights on the road, pulled up it looked sketchy, grills, wheel chairs in front of some of the rooms, no parking lights. We were traveling, so I did not look at my email, that stated ran remotely after I reserved and paid for the room was not worth $88!!!!! My cots I slept on for 4 days camping in Yellowstone was more comfortable

Summary: The mattresses are so uncomfortable; you really feel the springs under you! There is not a single thrash can inside the room and there was no soap.
