Summary: The spa and the availability of both the indoor and outdoor pools was great! A slight shame about one of the saunas being closed for repair, but the other one was good too. The staff were incredible and very helpful!

Summary: Definately NOT a 5 star hotel. Rooms in massive need of updating, and the spa also. The Spa when we went was very messy, paper cups and peoples slippers/robes on floor scattered about. Looks like in need to some TLC. Visited Bath many a time and far nicer places to stay in my opinion, especially for the price. Building is beautiful, breakfast was as expected, check in fine, staff lovely, location ok 10 min walk into centre - just desperately needs some updating.

Summary: Excellent stay .. I cannot understand some of the negative comments I read on Bath Spa. Excellent front of house and housekeeping. Great Breakfasts and Spa Experience - Property and room also great, with plenty of parking. Book you wont be disappointed.

Summary: Hotel has great character and presence. Getting a tad tired overall but remains our Bath hotel of choice for location, spacious rooms and spa facilities, especially the outdoor spa pool which is most relaxing. Easy parking, healthy and pleasant walk in Bath and local restaurants have choices for all tastes.

Summary: An amazing hotel from start to finish. The staff cant be more friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and fresh looking with robes and slippers provided. A bottle of water is also provided on arrival alongside biscuits, teas and coffees. Lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Bath main town is a short walk away (15 / 20 mins) but be aware that there is a steep hill returning back to the hotel if walking that might be a challege for those less mobile. Would highly recommend a stay here.
