Summary: Stayed for one night in a standard suite. Room 308. Bedroom area and lounge looked lovely, sofa a little hard as it’s probably a bed as well. Bed comfy. Pillows and duvet ok not great, Lovely view over to the castle. Great location to be in. The bathroom was a complete let down. It once would have been of a high standard. The cleaning of the shower seal and door is appalling. Filthy and broken. Base of shower cracked tiles. Around main tap for sink very marked with water stains. Sensor light went off whilst in the shower. Spoke with Duty Manager who apologised and offered us breakfast. We were on a b&b rate. So actually nothing offered. Hotel is in a great location and apart from the bathroom would be super. Sadly heard another guest complain about her bathroom.

Summary: We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel with car parking and breakfast. The Bajan man booking your car in was by the far the most upbeat and friendly member of staff. He was great! The reception staff were professional but not particularly friendly or welcoming. The rooms were lovely, huge bathroom and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff were keen to clear it away though before 10am. We asked for croissants as there were none out, to be told they had run out. Another customer asked for orange juice and again was told there was none. The breakfast staff didn't go to any extra effort to be helpful. Overall would go back but probably wouldn't pay for breakfast.
