Summary: There was a real air conditioning issue in our room, the temperature outside was 29c, we were unable to adjust the air conditioning in the room. Even after 2 calls to reception to report the issue, the air conditioning issue was not addressed (even though we were advised that it had been) and we both had a dreadful sweltering nights sleep. I reported the issue to reception the following morning. I understand that hotels are trying to control energy costs but the approach by which reception are meant to and failed to control the air conditioning is unacceptable.

Summary: Fantastic from start to finish. Our concierge was amazing, birthday card and chocolates waiting in the room after a casual remark, breakfast in our room was just amazing and bed super comfy. Thank you, we will be back!

Summary: I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, staff helpful and friendly - especially the front desk and concierge, and the room was spacious with good amenities. It was very clean - I rarely take baths in hotels but felt comfortable doing so here. I felt it was a good value.

Summary: Pre booked valet parking at £40 extra cost. Given separate post code for this at time of booking. Arrived to barriers down, contact via intercom took a while. Told car park full. After an age and a lot of discussion eventually let into park. No valet parking. Plus several spaces in car park available. Not what I wanted to experience after a four hour drive. Twin room with disability bathroom. Room dark but comfortable. Small fridge, with tea facilities and coffee machine. Everything available for my needs. Bathroom with odour

Summary: Room was clean, large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was excellent, everything you need, inc slippers and bath robe. In room safe, iron, hairdryer. Nice size tv Everything's lovely and clean. Staff are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. No plane noise inside, can hear a pin drop! My little dog stays with me there, this is our second visit and will definitely be back again.
