Positive: affordability, washer and drier, dishwasher and fridge. all the stuff to make looking after a baby easy enough.

Negative: parking. absurd how hard it is to get a park. we were allocated a "visitor bay" but they were all full. we had big yellow warning stickers threatening a $175 fine put on our car and our wipers were disassembled in the mornings with angry notes. when I filter properties by "parking included" I expect to have a parking spot that I'm not going to be hassled by other residents about.

Negative: When booking we were given impression from Booking.com and the apartments that secure and safe Parking was available for all units. However, upon checking in we found that for our selected single bedroom unit there was no dedicated parking - only visitor bays. We selected this site for safety and security for 22yr old daughter on work placement and she then often had to park in un-safe streets and 15min walk from the accommodation. Very disappointed in this aspect for the high price!

Negative: Bed was very uncomfortable leaning to one side, Inspection 2 day to show owner his own place🤭 Surly he could’ve waited. Worst sleep I’ve ever had No tv in the bedrooms no usb connection Honestly you need to improve your game, Couch Furniture had silverfish all over it Wouldn’t sit on it Aircon turns off all the time Blocked sink in bathroom (main bedroom) The list goes on Compared to my last stay here this time was terrible
