Positive: As solo traveller first time to Luanda I was apprehensive .Abdul was a wonderful host even before my journey with great communication and reassurance that I would be safe and taken care of. Despite my flight being delayed , I found Fransisco waiting to collect me and ensure that I safely settled in and was aware of my surroundings and eating places and how to move around . Throughout the stay Abdul was always kind to check in and ask if there was anything I needed help with and if I was OK. The home was kept clean with househelp coming in during my stay to ensure it remained fresh and comfy .I could go on and on about how happy and at ease I was ..Thank you Abdul and a big thank you also to Fransisco for his time to show me around ..I no longer fear travel to Luanda and hope to be back at your home next year.

Positive: Abdul’s apartment is one of the best and most affordable places to stay in central Luanda. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to everything. To reach the apartment, you walk through a small alley off the main street, but there is absolutely nothing to worry about. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe during my entire stay. The local neighbors were very kind and always greeted me warmly. Abdul is a truly outstanding host — very responsive, helpful, and kind. He even helped me get in touch with a local company I had been trying to reach for weeks and provided a lot of useful information about the area. Overall, my experience was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Luanda. Highly recommended!

Positive: The location is very centric and convenient. The host Abdul was extremely helpful and accommodating to my requests and my last minute multiple bookings. The apartment is clean and a good value. I highly recommend staying here

Positive: I liked the bed it was just right especially for an exhausted Traveller. I didn't have cash on hand Abdul was kind to understand though it was spoilt with the constant reminder to make payment. I wasn't going to run away without paying.

Negative: I didn't appreciate the urgency of request for payment. It made me uncomfortable I felt like I was stealing or freeloading the apartment It totally put me off I immediately booked a proper hotel
