While the indoor space is sublime, the outdoor amenities are a highlight within their own right. Showcasing a sparkling HEATED pool with spa and outdoor seating.
The Space:
Conveniently located in Pflugerville, near The Domain and close to downtown. The home is next to the area’s best cafe's, restaurants, grocery stores and local shops. The home also offers a heated pool (72+ degrees) and hot tub.
With 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. The primary suite is massive and has a gorgeous custom bath with a rainfall shower and soaking tub.
Each additional bedroom offers resort level comfort. Three bedrooms upstairs share the large hall bath. The game room beds and additional bedroom are downstairs and have access to the 1/2 bath off of the kitchen.
The outdoor space features an awesome pool, hot tub, plenty of seating and tons of space.

Getting Around:
Car, ride share, bicycle and walking are all effective modes of transportation depending on where you need to go! Bicycling is another great way to get around.
Other Things to Note:
The home does have a heated pool. The temperature ranges between 72 & 82 degrees depending on the weather. This is comfortable to swim in but do not expect it to be warm like a hot tub.
Please recognize that this home is in a residential neighborhood and we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
If the pool heater is used to heat the water above 82 degrees, there will be an additional $250 fee.
Pool maintenance is performed weekly without prior notice. The team ensures the pool is serviced regularly each week.
Please be advised that the mailbox is strictly for the owner's access only. Kindly make alternative arrangements for receiving your mail.

Summary: It was midnight, we noticed right away, my 76 year old parents were not able to use the upstairs because of the steep, incline and short steps. So we went to bed and decided to discuss in the morning. Upstairs master had a black paper shade taped to the window, the faucets were loose. Kitchen was stacked with low budget bachelor cooking set. The table settings were plenty. Sad, dented, charcoal grill for a beautiful pool area. We did not use. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and we could not lock the door when we left from the outside. The door jam and the latch plate were compromised and coming off. It was a tiny screw that was put in a stripped out hole. We could only lock it from the inside. So thankfully the neighborhood was safe. We did sleep comfortably and there was one towel per person. One hand towel per bathroom. So couples had to share hand towels. That’s less than I get at a hotel. I prefer the house to hotel when staying with family or friends. In this case, we had to make do. The game room was awesome! I think the house needs some attention and A handyman for us to give 5 stars.

Summary: The outdoor area really shines here. The pool, hot tub and fire pit was really great. Any concerns we had have been addressed by the host. We loved that there were so many bedrooms so everyone in our group could have their own room (it’s hard to find vacation rentals with more than 4 bedrooms that aren’t big bunk rooms). The living room is also very large and was great for a larger group.

Summary: The house is perfect for a large family gathering. The amenities were great (didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean and usable) and the check in process was easy. Would stay here again if in the area.
