Summary: Our group of 14 adults had an excellent time at this home! The house has plenty of a seating for a large group and the hosts were beyond accommodating. I would definitely recommend this VRBO for any large group trips!

Summary: The space was perfection for our family. The game room was seldom vacated and the hot tub was frequently used. We found the kitchen to be adequately supplied. May I suggest a couple improved skillets --no longer non stick. Highly recommended!!

Summary: PROS - close to downtown, plenty of cook wear, upstairs stayed temp comfortable with box fan at vent. loved the fenced in yard with gate. Plenty of paper products. CONS- propane tanks were empty for grill,and fire pit tables ( got those on day 3). Microwave was dirty, uncomfortable furniture in living room. Picture showed 4 or 5 tanning loungers-there was ONLY one there. Lawn care was poor.Gate doesn't close completely -we tied it with a rope.Were told there would be bath soap etc -a very small bar down stairs -none upstairs.No conditioner.

Summary: We took our young adult sons and their girlfriends here for a post-grad/birthday celebration, and everyone had a wonderful time. The house is great, especially the kitchen and deck with games, swim spa, fire pit and super comfy seating. Lots to do, and conveniently close to the highway—a quick drive to downtown Chattanooga. Would definitely return to this property in the future.
