Positive: The apartment was good size and each room having an ensuite was great. The kitchen area had most things needed and so di the sitting room. Good location
Negative: It is located on quite a busy street with a tram line - with the heat and open windows at night - it was incredibly hard to sleep. If you have no issues with this - then it is a great apartment. Unfortunately for most of our party of 6, we didn't sleep very well.
Summary: Good location, great rooms and ensuites for all. If you are a light sleeper - suggest to avoid.

Positive: Easy check in, responsive host. Apartment was exactly what we wanted for a short stay in Bordeaux, was close to the city center and very walkable. The laundry machines were needed and appreciate the amenities.
Negative: Very close to train. Apt gets hot in the summer, OK if you open the windows but then you are exposed to the noise of the train. Only a few coffee pods were provided for a full family stay. Would have liked if we could turn off the automatic lights, did not prefer at night.

Negative: The communal spaces are a bit tight for 4 adults - and you need earplugs as the tram passes directly below on the street outside.

Positive: Very friendly and good clear messaging using whats app in advance and while there.
Negative: The balcony doors are beautiful, but if they are open at night you can hear the trams running past.
Summary: Bordeaux is beautiful. We loved it and would stay again.

Positive: A great, spacious apartment in a really central and convenient location. We were two small families sharing and there was plenty of space for all seven of us. There are four bedrooms, all a good size with wardrobes. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom! Also a nice cozy sitting room and a good kitchen with seating area for breakfast. The location, close to the Musee d'Aquitaine is excellent. You can walk everywhere central in minutes, you also have two major tram routes next to you, making it very easy to get out to the other side of the the city or airport. There are great restaurants nearby, various supermarkets etc. Despite being on a main tram route it is quiet at night with windows closed. Host was very friendly and check in was easy. Highly recommended!
Negative: The only thing that would really improve this apartment would be if it had air conditioning. It does have fans in every room and big windows so you can stay fairly cool at night if it doesn't get above 28-30 degrees during the day.

Positive: Loved that each bedroom had its own table, great place to work remotely from! The location was also incredible, 10 min walk straight into the city centre & a tram stop located closeby that goes straight to the airport. Loved that each room also came with its own shower & toilet.
Negative: The bathroom had a strange, mould like smell after every shower so we had to air the room a fair bit. Living space is quite small but all in all still a great place.
